GBGREAT people but our experience was… GREAT people but our experience was unfortunately less than perfect when buying our new BraunAbility van, some of the issues experienced were definitely out of the control of the staff at Superior Van and Mobility the staff however went out of their way to insure everything was fixed to get us on our way. I have and I still will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a mobility vehicle or repairs on their existing vehicle.

GBI wanted information about government… I wanted information about government funding and/or financing. The financial advisor called me and would not let me get a word in edge wise to ask about financing someone appeared at her door within 20 seconds into the conversation and she talked so fast and I kept trying to interrupt her to ask about financing I was unsuccessful she couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and said she would email me the information. This encounter could not have been more unprofessional and rude. I’ll guess I’ll look somewhere else I don’t like the way I was treated.I spoke to someone by the name Karen? At the Madison Avenue location.On the website it clearly states they can assist with finding government funding.

GBRuff Ride T & C Bought a used Braunability van that rode terribly ruff. So far Braun has made attempts to correct the ride. Still not quite where it needs to be but getting better.

GBNice company, nice people! They worked us in before a last minute trip, to fix floor panels under hubby's power chair. They are always friendly! They cannot seem to fix our ramp though, which rattles over every bump or chuckhole in the road. It is fixed for a day after they tighten screws or whatever, but it is nerve-wracking noisy again the very next day. We still think they are great!
