A good experience Once we finally found OUR van, things went fairly smoothly. Grace, our agent at Superior Van, took good care of us, making sure we were satisfied and knew all about the workings of the van before we took it out. Friendly, helpful, caring, that's how I'd define the folks at Superior, especially Grace.

They have offered suggestions to address and to facilitate areas of concern. I wanted information about government… I wanted information about government funding and/or financing. The financial advisor called me and would not let me get a word in edge wise to ask about financing someone appeared at her door within 20 seconds into the conversation and she talked so fast and I kept trying to interrupt her to ask about financing I was unsuccessful she couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough and said she would email me the information. This encounter could not have been more unprofessional and rude. I’ll guess I’ll look somewhere else I don’t like the way I was treated.I spoke to someone by the name Karen? At the Madison Avenue location.On the website it clearly states they can assist with finding government funding.
