The van itself is great ! The van itself is great !! I have rented 5 times to transport my mother to appointments & have had great experiences each time, until the last. The admin person was not friendly at all & offered no alternative to returning the van. The customer service was poor, in all.

The employees @ Sup Van have gone that… The employees @ Sup Van have gone that extra mile out of their way to ease the transition process and make the mobility process more easily attainable. They have offered suggestions to address and to facilitate areas of concern. Ruff Ride T & C Bought a used Braunability van that rode terribly ruff. So far Braun has made attempts to correct the ride. Still not quite where it needs to be but getting better.

A good experience Once we finally found OUR van, things went fairly smoothly. Grace, our agent at Superior Van, took good care of us, making sure we were satisfied and knew all about the workings of the van before we took it out. Friendly, helpful, caring, that's how I'd define the folks at Superior, especially Grace.

They were very helpful and … They were very helpful and accommodating when were looking at a new vehicle.We did feel kind of rushed when it came to doing the final paperwork. It was late in the day and we were tired and I think the sales rep was just as ready to go. We also had to bring back the van for adjustments to the adaptive controls and they were great in finishing it quickly and making sure I could transfer alright.
