I truly don’t understand the negative… I truly don’t understand the negative reviews here. I am a skincare/aesthetics junkie and have tried just about everything out there. I like to try new things and shake up my routine. I was using solely Biologique Recherche products for a couple of years, but finally decided I wanted to try something new, based on scientifically validated ingredients and at least a bit less expensive. I love Drunk Elephant’s philosophy and although their products aren’t cheap—mostly mid-range—they are well worth it. With every new product I tried, I wanted to try more. They have a huge range of products that have innovative formulations using state-of-the-art ingredients, and I am very pleased with the results. I’m hooked!

My Daughter bought drunk elephant… My Daughter bought drunk elephant moisturizer today and within the hour we were at the hospital! She had a severe allergic reaction to YOUR product!!!!!!! She had 3 shots and 2xs filled because of your line! This is some POTENT ingredient in this, she was completely covered in Hives, whelps, shortness of Breath!! I would like a conference call on behalf of this! I have notes and Dr notes to prove along with pictures of her face!!!! STOP MAKING BAD STUFF THAT PEOPLE WANT TO TRY BECAUSE YOU PAY PEOPLE TO GIVE A HYPE on tik TOK about it!!! Pathetic if you ask me!!

Horrible experience - took money, didn't ship I am currently having a horrible experience with Drunk Elephant's customer service. I really like their products and I usually purchase them in Sephora or Ulta. However, for Cyber Monday, I purchased products from their site. They charged my card immediately, but my order was never shipped (even though I selected two day shipping). No one has responded to my inquiries. I have asked several times for them to either ship my order or give me a full refund.

Targeting children via Influencers! I'm sure Drunk Elephant products are excellent, they are all our children talk about. Our daughters are 10 & 12 and being targetted by influencers probably being hired by companies like yourselves. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but IMO it's disgracefull you are targetting young girls in this manner. Shame!!!

price loveeee this so much the only problem is the money 56 quid for the lala retro my fav product but i under stand because of whats in it some of there stuff is cheap but i think they should lower it just a little bit
