RUBest customer service DE has definitely the best customer friendly service. I had bad experience with functioning of bottle of their C-Firma serum which I purchased from cultbeauty.com and Drunk Elephant has sent me a new one despite Cult Beauty refused to make it. GBHorrible experience - took money, didn't ship I am currently having a horrible experience with Drunk Elephant's customer service. I really like their products and I usually purchase them in Sephora or Ulta. However, for Cyber Monday, I purchased products from their site. They charged my card immediately, but my order was never shipped (even though I selected two day shipping). No one has responded to my inquiries. I have asked several times for them to either ship my order or give me a full refund.

GBCustomer service is disgraceful Customer service is disgraceful. Items purchased for the first time and faulty. Rather than sending a replacement. As the customer they wanted me to fill in spreadsheets on the products issues, asked me to send them back and told me unable to replace the products. But l would have to wait for a refund and then order them again. Terrible service for faulty products. Won’t be buying from them again !!!

GBMy Daughter bought drunk elephant… My Daughter bought drunk elephant moisturizer today and within the hour we were at the hospital! She had a severe allergic reaction to YOUR product!!!!!!! She had 3 shots and 2xs filled because of your line! This is some POTENT ingredient in this, she was completely covered in Hives, whelps, shortness of Breath!! I would like a conference call on behalf of this! I have notes and Dr notes to prove along with pictures of her face!!!! STOP MAKING BAD STUFF THAT PEOPLE WANT TO TRY BECAUSE YOU PAY PEOPLE TO GIVE A HYPE on tik TOK about it!!! Pathetic if you ask me!!

GBnightmare customer service I returned over $800 worth of items to Drunk Elephant, some of which were damaged due to freezing temperatures in transit to me. Their packaging is faulty and caused products to leak out. The took photos of empty packaging and items used that was not how I sent it back and are flat out refusing to refund me. I paid additional $40 to ship the items back and now am out all the products and the money. Horrible nightmare of customer service stating I’ve returned used items to them before, if this was the case why would they accept another return from me?
