dishonest I tried ordering some essential oil from them, the product was not marked as out of stock on the website. I placed my order they took my money, and no product was shipped. later I found out that it's out of stock (in fact the company doesn't even make it anymore). I asked them to mark it on their website, because they had waisted my time. Not only have they not done that (it's still marked as in stock) they are using the product as Google ad words so they will drive more traffic to their site based on products they don't have. This enrages me and should be illegal. Don't sell things you don't have! It's dishonest. Plus, I HAVE told you this item is out of stock instead of fixing it on your website you reported my review to TrustPilot? Shame on you.

met my expectations The service was fine. The item I wanted arrived in a timely way, as promised. There are many vitamin & supplement companies. So far, I honestly have no reason to rate Idealvitamins any higher than five or ten other companies. I may do so in the future, but after one purchase, how can I know how exceptional you may be? Honestly? I think this kind of survey is counterproductive for the company, because it is meaningless, and it wastes my time. I suggest you send a survey like this after a number of purchases.

Order filled fast but slightly inaccurate I was looking for Honso formula 41, ordered Honso formula 42 and what came was formula 45. I am of the philosophy that there is a reason for everything and I believe that I will be using or sharing formula 45 with someone, otherwise it would not have come to me. So it all works out.

Supplements were slow to arrive, but dealing with customer service was good. Ideal Vitamins had good prices on the items I wanted, but it took longer than expected to receive them. Apparently one of the products wasn't available right away because of something going on at the manufacturer's end of things. I placed a couple of calls at different times to customer service. Though I had to leave a message all but one of those times, they gave me friendly, courteous service when a rep spoke with me.
