GBTook too long to receive order. Took too long to receive order. I reordered directly from Life Extensions and received my order the next day.

GBThey don't bother to tell you when items are out of stock. I ordered two items on 6/25, both showing in stock. I received an email on 6/30 saying both items were shipped. I received a package on 7/3 with just one of the items and a note saying the other item was on backorder. I should have been notified of this much sooner, as soon as I ordered. Now I am out of a supplement I need. Unacceptable!!!

GBVet thinks medications sat so long they became ineffective... I ordered Frontline for my dog and cat and it did not cure the fleas they had. 2 weeks later they're both having issues with fleas. Used the correct dose for their weight and now the vet doesn't want to prescribe anything else for 6 weeks because he doesn't want to "double up" in case they have the original dose in their system. Just trying to save money, but will not use again.

GBGreat products, slow delivery I love your products! But, the last two times I've ordered, it's taken me close to 2 weeks to get what I ordered. That's difficult, especially with supplements. Also, it would be great when online ordering, if a customer could use one address for payment and another for delivery.

GBPrices lower on what I buy at several web competitors. When it comes to specific branded products, price and postage paid or are the two top criteria in choosing from whom to order. You prices on products I order are higher than several of your competitors. Off hand, I don't recall if you pay postage or not. Even if your price is the same (or even a tad lower), postage paid makes a difference.
