Awful service Awful service. Suddenly doesn't take my insurance. So then I bought a year's worth of birth control they made me fill out the questionnaire again and never shipped the birth control out and hasn't contacted me back when I've been texting them repeatedly. Awful awful service. Never again. I don't know what happened they were great years ago but now just truly terrible. Don't waste your money.

terrible terrible service terrible terrible service. i had been using this service for several years but this recent time i've had to deal with them has been excruciating. i will no longer be using them. they're text messages seem to no longer be monitored by real people, they're either automated messages sent with no consideration to my actual concerns or requests and not responsive at all. it took them a week to just charge my card for the consultation fee when i had confirmed my pharmacy info and card info more than 3 TIMES. they charged my card on may 11th and it's currently may 16th and I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. i called and they said they've been experiencing high volume and processing time would be an additional 10-15 days on top of the several weeks that it took to even get to them charging my card. WHAT?! medications are timely. and 2.5 weeks is way too long for most people to wait. at least have some sort of disclaimer on your site so people are aware how long the wait is and they can make other plans accordingly. this is just dishonest and misleading. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WILL BE FINDING A NEW SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE SEEING HOW THEY'VE HANDLED MY CONCERNS THIS TIME

Negative Stars Well since the last issue of being given the runaround as to when they no longer accept UnitedHealthcare as an insurance provider (you do, you’re just too lazy to check my updated information), they’ve now been giving me the runaround on transferring my prescription out. It’s been a week and we’re somehow back to square one asking my online home delivery service to call them. We’ve already been through this guys. Please do not reply with a generic copy paste response asking if I’m still having an issue to call. FIX THIS.

I started getting my BCP back in 2021 from heyfavor I started getting my BCP back in 2021 from heyfavor. I quit taking them when we decided to have another baby. Jan of 2023 I renewed my subscription with The Pill Club. The process is not only simple and easy but fast. I get a few months of BCP delivered right to my door. I started taking NORETHINDRON-ETHINYL Estradiol MYLA. Everyone responds differently to medications so I can only speak for myself when I say This BCP isn't for me!! My cramps were 10xs more worse than normal. Intercourse was not only painful, but I bleed heavily with blood clots for 15 days afterwards. I stopped taking the pill, requested to change my prescription, and did so without any trouble. Sometimes doctor appointments can be hard to keep, so I appreciate the fact that The Pill Club has made a hassle free way for me to receive my BCP. I'm Keeping my fingers crossed I respond better to my new BCP!!

customer service 1000/10 ! they are always responsive, nice, and have warm attitudes when handling things over the phone ! always helpful as well
