Horrible Customer Care It was always incredibly difficult to get prescription refills on time. Then suddenly their providers decided they were no longer going to supply me with my pills for literally no reason. They claimed "for safety reasons" even though my health and patient information had not changed. I take birth control to make my periods less painful. So they put me in a position where I'm going to be miserable until I can find a different delivery service to use.

Waiting forever. My appointment was scheduled to be at 12. I got the text to join the waiting room at 11:30 - so I decided to hop on early. It it currently 12:30 and I am still waiting. The screen literally says "the avg wait time is 20 minutes..." So annoying - especially for someone working. I haven't even gotten my prescription with them yet and considering not continuing with this garbage service.

My first time getting birth control… My first time getting birth control with them went extremely smoothly and there were no problems. I still have yet to experience anything more that excellence while dealing with them.

Rude costumer service Bad costumer service. Bothering messaging forcing to new prescriptions when you still have 3 month supply. Slow answering to request/ not answering at all. Also don't buy their products - they don't have ingredient list posted online and they not allow returns! Changing my provider ✌️

Negative Stars Well since the last issue of being given the runaround as to when they no longer accept UnitedHealthcare as an insurance provider (you do, you’re just too lazy to check my updated information), they’ve now been giving me the runaround on transferring my prescription out. It’s been a week and we’re somehow back to square one asking my online home delivery service to call them. We’ve already been through this guys. Please do not reply with a generic copy paste response asking if I’m still having an issue to call. FIX THIS.
