GBTerrible experience with The Pill Club Terrible experience with The Pill Club. I am seriously so disappointed. I ordered my prescription over 10 days ago and have texted / emailed multiple inquiries checking on the status with not a single reply. Not an acknowledgement of my order or even a simple “hey we’re working on it but it’s not ready yet”. I’ve also called multiple times and can’t get a single person on the phone & when I try to leave a voicemail the line cuts me off. When it comes to healthcare, bad service is completely unacceptable. The reviews directly on their website are obviously bogus. I tried to leave one and there is no way to do it even having an account and ordering other products previously. I recommend using GoodRX if you don’t have insurance or need a birth control plan quick. Much better service and quality care.

GBAbsolutely a MUST for easy access to birth control! It’s really amazing to have a company that can provide affordable birth control, and be trusted at the same time! They have never missed a shipment, nor have I ever ever received it late! You literally couldn’t ask for any better!

GBMy first time getting birth control… My first time getting birth control with them went extremely smoothly and there were no problems. I still have yet to experience anything more that excellence while dealing with them.

GBA scam and a Joke!!! Nothing but problems with this company. First I never got my consultation but the $20 came out immediately. I pushed back my refill date to see how the bc affected me before I get another pack, woke up the next day to an order being prepared to ship out 3 days later W T F!!?? I canceled my subscription so that they wouldn’t charge my card for anything else. Sent them 3 messages over the days as well as an email with no response. Upon my delivery I got a message from them saying it was delivered (I was home at the time), opened my door…nothing. Took my key to the mail boxes…nothing. At this point I’m 3 phone calls, about 7 messages and two emails deep into this company without a single response and I’ve been charge for both a consultation and a pack of pills. I go to my dashboard and what do I see my subscription, THAT I CANCELLED, back on my account with an order being prepared again plus another order for acne treatment. BE F****NG FR. Who tf is starting these orders? I had to stay on hold for over an hour just to get my card removed because for whatever reason the don’t actually delete accounts and whoever I spoke couldn’t even do a refund and other than that one call the miraculously got answered I still don’t a response!!!! I had to go through my card just to attempt to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!

GBHorrible Customer Care It was always incredibly difficult to get prescription refills on time. Then suddenly their providers decided they were no longer going to supply me with my pills for literally no reason. They claimed "for safety reasons" even though my health and patient information had not changed. I take birth control to make my periods less painful. So they put me in a position where I'm going to be miserable until I can find a different delivery service to use.
