GBTerrible service Terrible service! I ordered a prescription for birth control, they changed me the first $20 fee, on May 1st, and I still can’t get an answer about why I haven’t gotten my prescription or my pills, or an answer on email, phone or text. But they do charge right away, plus the charge or the pills whenever they process that. It’s been 11 days since I ordered. Last thing the answered me is they can’t give me my $20 back because it was for the Consultation, which is supposed to happen within 1-2 days and still hasn’t happened but still they answer me to tell me they won’t give me the money. Not to process anything. I already went through another provider and they did it all the same day. Will have to go the legal way to fix this since they refuse to refund money for a service they didn’t provide.

GBThis service is a life saver! This service is a life saver! I save time and money and it is incredibly convenient. Favor makes birth control amazingly accessible for those who may have difficulty finding in-person care or affording it. I personally have probably saved over $200 in copays that I would have paid at in-person OBY/GYNS at this point. GBHorrible Customer Care It was always incredibly difficult to get prescription refills on time. Then suddenly their providers decided they were no longer going to supply me with my pills for literally no reason. They claimed "for safety reasons" even though my health and patient information had not changed. I take birth control to make my periods less painful. So they put me in a position where I'm going to be miserable until I can find a different delivery service to use.

GBTheir scheduling calendar is not… Their scheduling calendar is not accurate for when they can actually conduct a virtual appointment. They cancelled two of my appointments without warning or notice and when I called customer service, they point blank said I should just use a different service to get my birth control. The only one star is because they were quick to give me a refund.
