Awful service Awful service. Suddenly doesn't take my insurance. So then I bought a year's worth of birth control they made me fill out the questionnaire again and never shipped the birth control out and hasn't contacted me back when I've been texting them repeatedly. Awful awful service. Never again. I don't know what happened they were great years ago but now just truly terrible. Don't waste your money.

Worst service EVER I can never seem to get an appointment to get my birth control refilled. I had scheduled a time for 7:10am, I hopped on 10 min early at 7am. Online it stated that the 'Wait Time" was 20 minutes on average. I've been waiting for 40 minutes. This is 30 mins after my appointment time. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if that is not when the appointment will be. I had to go to go to work so I had to cancel out of the "Waiting room". Now I will be without birth control as I am now almost out and only have a few days left of my pack. I am very irritated. DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE.

Terrible service Terrible service! I ordered a prescription for birth control, they changed me the first $20 fee, on May 1st, and I still can’t get an answer about why I haven’t gotten my prescription or my pills, or an answer on email, phone or text. But they do charge right away, plus the charge or the pills whenever they process that. It’s been 11 days since I ordered. Last thing the answered me is they can’t give me my $20 back because it was for the Consultation, which is supposed to happen within 1-2 days and still hasn’t happened but still they answer me to tell me they won’t give me the money. Not to process anything. I already went through another provider and they did it all the same day. Will have to go the legal way to fix this since they refuse to refund money for a service they didn’t provide.

they’re bankrupt for a reason wow. genuinely some of the worst customer service. i was trying to move over to Pill Club from another service, and they just charged me $20 and never contacted me again. it’s been over a week and now i have to dispute the charge with my bank. word to the wise, just use Planned Parenthood’s online birth control delivery service. PP was so easy to use, there’s a reason that they’re beloved by women all across the US. No wonder Pill Club went bankrupt, they can’t get their act together to be a contender.

Terrible experience with The Pill Club Terrible experience with The Pill Club. I am seriously so disappointed. I ordered my prescription over 10 days ago and have texted / emailed multiple inquiries checking on the status with not a single reply. Not an acknowledgement of my order or even a simple “hey we’re working on it but it’s not ready yet”. I’ve also called multiple times and can’t get a single person on the phone & when I try to leave a voicemail the line cuts me off. When it comes to healthcare, bad service is completely unacceptable. The reviews directly on their website are obviously bogus. I tried to leave one and there is no way to do it even having an account and ordering other products previously. I recommend using GoodRX if you don’t have insurance or need a birth control plan quick. Much better service and quality care.
