GBMy weighted blanket came to me with… My weighted blanket came to me with large black stains on it. I tried many methods to reach someone. I finally got a response email with fraudulent return mailing info. No one answers the phone. There was also a very large metal pipe fitting in the box. It also did not have a shipping or packing list. 10-18 I returned from out of state to find a replacement blanket. It was not the same color but it is clean. I have a mosaic blanket that I have had for many years and I absolutely love it and was hoping this experience would be the same. They need to work on customer service skills. I am satisfied with the attempt to rectify the situation.

GBPoor customer service I ordered a weighted blanket through Mosaic Weighted Blankets based on suggested weight but was too heavy and causing pain. I ordered through them on the basis they said you had 30 days to return items. I attempted to call/email customer service multiple times to get a return label but couldn't reach anyone and finally, because there is a 30 day limit to returns and I knew it would take time to get back to them, I paid out of pocket for an expensive way to mail it back to them but get a return receipt. So I know they received it within the 30 day limit. The blanket was in perfect condition and essentially never used and in original packaging, all as requested. They claim they do refunds in two weeks on their website but several weeks later no refund and again no response to call/email. I am out a lot of money and feels like they are not an honest company.

GBI spent $250 on a blanket based on… I spent $250 on a blanket based on seeing in several places on their site that blankets are returnable, only to find out the one I ordered turned out not to be returnable. Now I have a totally unusable $250 blanket. It is beyond uncomfortable -- it is cold and never really warmed up, it is so heavy I have trouble breathing under it; I received no benefits at all. Living on social security, this is a devastating financial loss for me. Don't buy one. You might find out that an offering that looks stock turns out to be custom. Regardless of their alleged 7-day return policy, shockingly, my blanket came with a note in the box that it was not returnable. Following up on the response from the manufacturer to this review, the blanket arrived with a non-returnable note. Why would I call and challenge that? Their note below is in the same vein as selling an expensive and unusable blanket, following their chart instructions for suggested weight, and then refusing to allow a return. Don't order from this company.

GBProduct good but had to call looking for order We love the product but we ordered an in stock option to get the fastest delivery time and had to call looking for our order to actually get it delivered. This happened two separate times.

GBI ordered a Mosaic blanket I ordered a Mosaic blanket. My card was charged before it was shipped. I call and reminded them to ship my blanket. The blanket was not what I thought. I jumped through Mosaic's hoops to return the blanket. They recieved it. I had to contact them twice to credit my $. The blanket was just too small. Otherwise their product was acceptable. The customer service was a goose chase. My review on the Mosaic website was immediately removed. That is why there are all 5 star reviews on their site.
