I ordered a Mosaic blanket I ordered a Mosaic blanket. My card was charged before it was shipped. I call and reminded them to ship my blanket. The blanket was not what I thought. I jumped through Mosaic's hoops to return the blanket. They recieved it. I had to contact them twice to credit my $. The blanket was just too small. Otherwise their product was acceptable. The customer service was a goose chase. My review on the Mosaic website was immediately removed. That is why there are all 5 star reviews on their site.

I purchased a clearance blanket (16lbs)… I purchased a clearance blanket (16lbs) and am pleased with the colors, pattern, and size although I was concerned about the dimensions of the blanket. I thought that it would be to small but the size is perfect. I only wish that the pockets were smaller so that the pellets didn’t shift as much. I find myself constantly readjusting the blanket in the middle of the night. I’m looking forward to purchasing another blanket for in the future.

Product good but had to call looking for order We love the product but we ordered an in stock option to get the fastest delivery time and had to call looking for our order to actually get it delivered. This happened two separate times.

Good Quality Blanket, but it wasn't the right fit I do love my blanket! I love how it's able to calm me down from my anxiety and panic attacks. However, I did not realize the size of the blanket would be too small for me and the weight is quite unbearable. I am hoping I could get a refund and purchase another blanket (obviously a bigger size and lower weight)

Mosaic Weighted Blankets Mosaic Weighted Blankets, states on their website that the only items not returnable, are special order...........BIG FAT LIE! After you spend $200++ dollars on one of their blankets, only to find out that it filled with a million litte tiny beads (that no one could possibly sleep under or move around under) On the receipt inside of the package, it states "NO RETURNS on blankets over 18lbs, NO EXCEPTIONS. Total waste of $225 DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT OR THIS COMPANY!!!
