Failed I have a can of Neilmed Saline Mist spray. It quit spraying with it still about half full. I called them to see about a replacement. The guy all of a sudden pretends to not undertsand me when I said I had an issue (twice.) Called again, and had to give up due to agent's poor English. Will get Arm & Hammer nasal sprays from now on.

Order was placed, Never received Order was placed, payment was taken August 18, 2022, order has NEVER BEEN PROCESSED OR SHIPPED !! I CAN'T RATE SOMETHING I DIDN'T GET. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I WAS SENT AN EMAIL ASKING ME TO REVIEW THIS PRODUCT. I have sent an email asking for info or refund, have NOT RECEIVED A REFUND OR A RESPONSE.

In the U.S.A. yet can't even speak English ! Geez... I think their offices are in Santa Rosa, California. I called, spoke with two different people, and finding someone in the United States that speaks English, now days seems to be impossible. After the second person answered, I couldn't again understand, and just hung up. I've studied years of French, Latin, Chinese, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Italian and more. Understanding these "people" in the U.S.A. that can't even speak English, give me a frigging break !!!

Horrible I ordered on the 8th of February, the 10th they withdraw my money and I haven't seen any mail or a delivered product ever since. I contacted support but haven't head anything.... Sooo they took my money and did not deliver a product. Terrible company
