GBWas not pleased with customer service or company standards. The main reason why I am giving a 1 star review is their customer service was pretty rude to me when I wanted to return my product. The rep I spoke with rejected the return and after a few emails, finally said the only way they would return it is if the box was never opened and they would have to take a $100 restocking fee. I also believe that the filter replacements are extremely expensive, not to mention the apparatus itself is about $500. Finally, my last complaint is that I was not able to use my warranty as the time for me to sign up elapsed since I was in the midst of trying to get an authorization to return my product. Overall, a bad customer experience to say the least. To be fair, the water filter does appear to be working well so it is a good product. It brings up the PH of my water 2 full points from 7 to 9, but my review is based more so on the company. I will not be recommending them to anyone or purchasing from this company moving forward.

GBAffordable Affordable, had to pay to have it installed under sink leading to a separate faucet. Glad it is not sitting on my countertop. The filter that produces the H2 water seems to stop doing that before 3 months. This is disappointing, but I'm glad to have the H2 water some of the time.

GB,,,,paid 5 hundred dollars for Cosan… ,,,,paid 5 hundred dollars for Cosan USA in 2018...now can't get 4 filters package for replacement....it looks like we lost money...... what a terrible company!!! .... very regret that bought this Hydration system.... in 1.5 yrs we must throw it in garbage.

GBHow do you not have the filters for an alkaline machine a few years old I bought my alkaline machine a few years and the filters Cosan USA sent me to replace are not compatible. How do you not offer the same filters for an older machine? I called and no one answers the phone. I sent an email through the website; and via my gmail. I read their return policy and I would be responsible to return the items. Where do I return it to? I am very disappointed.
