Love the water Love the water. Set up is easy. We have very little counter space, so we had to set below the sink. This means a different set up, and the water does not immediately turn off. It takes about 15 seconds as it dribbles to a stop.

Affordable Affordable, had to pay to have it installed under sink leading to a separate faucet. Glad it is not sitting on my countertop. The filter that produces the H2 water seems to stop doing that before 3 months. This is disappointing, but I'm glad to have the H2 water some of the time.

,,,,paid 5 hundred dollars for Cosan… ,,,,paid 5 hundred dollars for Cosan USA in 2018...now can't get 4 filters package for replacement....it looks like we lost money...... what a terrible company!!! .... very regret that bought this Hydration system.... in 1.5 yrs we must throw it in garbage.

Excellent after the sale customer service I purchased Cosan water filtration system Jan 2017. I use it everyday and love it. In April 2018 I received a 15% off coupon reminding me to purchase and change my now year old filters. I missed the deadline! to use the coupon. Bummer. But, how proactive of Cosan to remind then entice me to purchase filters (supposed to be changed every 6 mos or so)! I wrote an email thanking them and hoping to know when another great coupon would come out. I received an email promptly offering me 10% off as I recently retired and let them know any savings would help. They worked with me while also being nice. I love the response time and actions!

Works very well for us .We have well… Works very well for us .We have well water with a good amount of sulfur,and it tastes great coming through the filter!
