RO unit to Pure Hydration ??? I bought my Pure Hydration System last October 2018. The connection set-up was from a Culligan RO system. I followed the installation procedure from the Cosan YouTube video. Bought a couple of reducers to connect to my existing RO unit. My whole family was drinking from this set-up since it was first installed until last Saturday(March 9); my wife asked me to check the PH value and found out to be only 7. Checked the water coming from the faucet and it’s higher than 7. Is the RO unit affecting the filters of the Pure Hydration? I’m confused. Need your help.

How do you not have the filters for an alkaline machine a few years old I bought my alkaline machine a few years and the filters Cosan USA sent me to replace are not compatible. How do you not offer the same filters for an older machine? I called and no one answers the phone. I sent an email through the website; and via my gmail. I read their return policy and I would be responsible to return the items. Where do I return it to? I am very disappointed.

I’m fortunate to live close to the..... I’m fortunate to live close to the company/warehouse and I always do a walk-in when I need something. In my opinion, The Companys staff are very intelligent and understands the very atom of the product they offer. This is one of very few companies that I never feel like I’m being “sold”, rather, they educate. I like my Alkaline water a lot and the price was perfect.

I almost bought the $4000 machine I almost bought the $4000 machine, the competitor, then my son in law did research on line and told me about Cosanusa. I returned other One, all I need is water with high ph and don’t need other bells and whistles. Beforehand, I was spending way to much money at these specialty stores and it was a hassle running back and forth, straining my arm and fingers holding the heavy bottles. Now I just change cartridges. I was teking alkaline water for months then went off and felt lousy within two weeks before I realized I needed some kind of permanent machine . Bottles water is not good fir landfills it your body! I use stainless steel containers from Cosanusa. 👍 Martie Garcia RN

Important change My water now has a good taste & I would recommend this company to anyone who wants Alkaline water. I am reading a book called the PH diet & it says if you can only change one thing right now It would be to drink Alkaline water since it is so important for you.
