This Pure Hydration system works great This Pure Hydration system works great. I've been drinking it for about 2 weeks now, and I feel much more energetic since i've been on it. Usually, by the afternoon I would feel very tired and sluggish, but ever since I started drinking this ionized hydrogen infused water, the afternoon's are not a problem, and I get a lot of work done now.

Improved Quality of Life I have been using the alkaline water system for approximately one year. It has changed my life. I have sung the praises of this system every time I have had the opportunity. I have struggled many years with food allergies and sensitivities that affect my gut and skin. The improvement has been remarkable and drastic. The only water I ever drink at home is alkaline. I carry the bullet with alkaline water when I can. I highly recommend this product.

Was not pleased with customer service or company standards. The main reason why I am giving a 1 star review is their customer service was pretty rude to me when I wanted to return my product. The rep I spoke with rejected the return and after a few emails, finally said the only way they would return it is if the box was never opened and they would have to take a $100 restocking fee. I also believe that the filter replacements are extremely expensive, not to mention the apparatus itself is about $500. Finally, my last complaint is that I was not able to use my warranty as the time for me to sign up elapsed since I was in the midst of trying to get an authorization to return my product. Overall, a bad customer experience to say the least. To be fair, the water filter does appear to be working well so it is a good product. It brings up the PH of my water 2 full points from 7 to 9, but my review is based more so on the company. I will not be recommending them to anyone or purchasing from this company moving forward.

Caused stomach pain/digestive issues. Three of us drank the water exclusively from the water system all throughout the day. We noticed after about a year that each of us had developed stomach issues. I suggested we stop drinking it for a week and stick to our filtered water out of the refrigerator. All of our issues resolved within a week.
