GBHow do you not have the filters for an alkaline machine a few years old I bought my alkaline machine a few years and the filters Cosan USA sent me to replace are not compatible. How do you not offer the same filters for an older machine? I called and no one answers the phone. I sent an email through the website; and via my gmail. I read their return policy and I would be responsible to return the items. Where do I return it to? I am very disappointed.

GBCaused stomach pain/digestive issues. Three of us drank the water exclusively from the water system all throughout the day. We noticed after about a year that each of us had developed stomach issues. I suggested we stop drinking it for a week and stick to our filtered water out of the refrigerator. All of our issues resolved within a week.

GBExcellent after the sale customer service I purchased Cosan water filtration system Jan 2017. I use it everyday and love it. In April 2018 I received a 15% off coupon reminding me to purchase and change my now year old filters. I missed the deadline! to use the coupon. Bummer. But, how proactive of Cosan to remind then entice me to purchase filters (supposed to be changed every 6 mos or so)! I wrote an email thanking them and hoping to know when another great coupon would come out. I received an email promptly offering me 10% off as I recently retired and let them know any savings would help. They worked with me while also being nice. I love the response time and actions!

GBThe water is fantastic and the only… The water is fantastic and the only complaint in the office has been the speed of the water distribution and the water temperature(apparently most of my coworkers like cold water to drink)

CARO unit to Pure Hydration ??? I bought my Pure Hydration System last October 2018. The connection set-up was from a Culligan RO system. I followed the installation procedure from the Cosan YouTube video. Bought a couple of reducers to connect to my existing RO unit. My whole family was drinking from this set-up since it was first installed until last Saturday(March 9); my wife asked me to check the PH value and found out to be only 7. Checked the water coming from the faucet and it’s higher than 7. Is the RO unit affecting the filters of the Pure Hydration? I’m confused. Need your help.
