GBSite was easy to use, products arrived quickly Site was easy to use, products arrived quickly (within 2 days) even using the free shipping option. I seem to be having allergy relief already, which is much appreciated. I am glad I purchased these products. A little disappointed in the quality of the zippers on bedding covers, and also in the quality of 'economy' products, but the more expensive cotton products are very nice as expected.

GBLandry detergent bottles had leaked all over Though I have no complaints about AC's products and actually really like the products, this shipment failed miserably. Though bubble-wrapped, the containers were not taped closed at the lid/opening. As such, two of the 8 containers of laundry detergent leaked all over the other 6 bottles. It took me an hour to unwrap each slippery container, rinse and dry each one and then put them away. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering any more products from AC.

GBIn years gone by i recommended ACP to … In years gone by i recommended ACP to all my colleagues and employers thus stemming lots of business but now their integrity and knowledge has dwindled. I HAVE YET to receive replies to any of my disappointment and questions in my latest order and that's awful! Their chat is helpful but that individual knows less than I do - they're reading what I already read back to me, what good is that. So the bottom line is, get with it guys! Know your products thoroughly and offer to make inquiries b/4 providing wrong or no answers. I'm still waiting to hear about my Honeywell HEPA unit recently received with has this awful bright blue light and smelly HEPA filter. I realize it's not ACP's fault as they did not design it, but they did sell it to me so they should be responding to my questions and replacing the filter!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I'm not a happy camper.

GBOne item out of 3 was incorrect One item out of 3 was incorrect. It was for a Hepa filter for a specific Honeywell Model air purifier. I gave the exact model number and one replacement "F" was sent. When I received it, I see on the instructions that 3 are needed, not one. I may either send the one back for a refund and decide to order a different model, perhaps directly from the manufacturer of decide to add two more F filters to my order. Either way, sales rep. should have realized from the Model number that 3 stacked were needed.
