Site was easy to use, products arrived quickly Site was easy to use, products arrived quickly (within 2 days) even using the free shipping option. I seem to be having allergy relief already, which is much appreciated. I am glad I purchased these products. A little disappointed in the quality of the zippers on bedding covers, and also in the quality of 'economy' products, but the more expensive cotton products are very nice as expected.

Buyer, beware! They send out dirty products from other people They have no quality control and do not believe them when they say they will allow a return because they won’t. Ordered pure sleep, silver allergy bedding, which they claimed was cotton and was NOT, arrived dirty disgusting used bedding, which came neatly folded in their containers. Could not return, and could not get a credit and could not get a refund. Buyer beware!

So sad service wise So sad. This used to be a very good company. I have been a customer since you were in Danbury, CT and I lived in Norwalk, CT. I still bought products from you for 20 years after we moved to CA. Now, no one answers the 800 number. I bought a twin extra long covering. I think I bought the wrong thing. I left a message two days ago. I will leave another message today. I did receive a call back finally several days later and the customer service representative did answer my question. This whole 800 line process with call backs took too much of my time. I think you still have a good product, but can not give you any higher then 3 stars due to the amount of time it takes to talk to a customer service representative.

Lacking Some Truthfulness in Advertising I have been a customer of ACP for many years due to my asthma. I recently tried to research cotton pillows. I want to sleep on natural fibers. ACP advertises cotton pillows but they have plastic, fiberfill stuffing. I do not like to sweat in bed. I had to ask the rep on the "chat" several times to try to get more specific answers. Pillows which are stuffed with something other than cotton should not be called cotton pillows just because the covering is a cotton, dust impermeable case. That's my opinion. When I asked, the rep did state the returns policy of the company and that is a very good returns policy.

The site is fine. I'm not sure I'll like the product, but won't know until December! I sleep under a dark blue cotton quilt currently made with primaloft. I wash it Q2weeks. And therefore it wore out. So I'm planning to sleep under a quilt of similar material, but this one advises not to wash it. Use a cover. So I bought a cover from Allergy Control, but it's white. So people advise a 2nd cover which is colored. That seems a pain -- washing and putting on both covers. So don't know what I'll do. Bought the allergy proof cover from ACP but not the quilt. I haven't used it, as it's still summer.
