GBThey do NOT honor any warranties. They do NOT honor any warranties. I bought a $500 air purifier from them in 2018 with a 10-year warranty. I only used it a handful of times and then it went into storage for 3 years. Now, they won't honor the warranty and the company that made the filter appears to be out of business! (The website listed in the manual is no longer in service.) Beware, this used to be a good company. I've been a customer for 20 years, but now, there is no help or recourse for a $500 purchase. You have been warned! The warranties they provide are absolutely MEANINGLESS!

GBSo sad service wise So sad. This used to be a very good company. I have been a customer since you were in Danbury, CT and I lived in Norwalk, CT. I still bought products from you for 20 years after we moved to CA. Now, no one answers the 800 number. I bought a twin extra long covering. I think I bought the wrong thing. I left a message two days ago. I will leave another message today. I did receive a call back finally several days later and the customer service representative did answer my question. This whole 800 line process with call backs took too much of my time. I think you still have a good product, but can not give you any higher then 3 stars due to the amount of time it takes to talk to a customer service representative.

GBProduct good - shipping not so much The product is excellent. My only issue is that I paid more to have it shipped to me sooner, and it took a very long time to get to me. If I use them again, I won't pay for expedited shipping.

GBLacking Some Truthfulness in Advertising I have been a customer of ACP for many years due to my asthma. I recently tried to research cotton pillows. I want to sleep on natural fibers. ACP advertises cotton pillows but they have plastic, fiberfill stuffing. I do not like to sweat in bed. I had to ask the rep on the "chat" several times to try to get more specific answers. Pillows which are stuffed with something other than cotton should not be called cotton pillows just because the covering is a cotton, dust impermeable case. That's my opinion. When I asked, the rep did state the returns policy of the company and that is a very good returns policy.

GBIt's ok The largest Pristine mattress cover for twin is too small. I have to return it. I ordered a larger one from Walmart and saved a ton of money. The comforter cover is OK. It feels like a raincoat. If you try to post a review on their (allergy control) website, you click on be the first to write a review, and nothing happens. I like the pillows that I got, though.
