GBThey do NOT honor any warranties. They do NOT honor any warranties. I bought a $500 air purifier from them in 2018 with a 10-year warranty. I only used it a handful of times and then it went into storage for 3 years. Now, they won't honor the warranty and the company that made the filter appears to be out of business! (The website listed in the manual is no longer in service.) Beware, this used to be a good company. I've been a customer for 20 years, but now, there is no help or recourse for a $500 purchase. You have been warned! The warranties they provide are absolutely MEANINGLESS!

GBI purchased a set of mattress and box … I purchased a set of mattress and box springs covers with two pillow cases. The first item I opened was the one containing the 9" Economy cover for the box springs. Immediately I noticed the extreme chemical smell coming from this item and soon noticed I was having a nasal reaction to it. So I put it in double plastic bags and put it in the GARBAGE. I know I could return it to you, but I can't stand to even handle it to get it ready for shipping back to you. It took my nasal membranes 2-3 hours to recuperate. I can't imagine why you would EVER sell such a product to people with allergy problems!!!

GBOne item out of 3 was incorrect One item out of 3 was incorrect. It was for a Hepa filter for a specific Honeywell Model air purifier. I gave the exact model number and one replacement "F" was sent. When I received it, I see on the instructions that 3 are needed, not one. I may either send the one back for a refund and decide to order a different model, perhaps directly from the manufacturer of decide to add two more F filters to my order. Either way, sales rep. should have realized from the Model number that 3 stacked were needed.

GBLacking Some Truthfulness in Advertising I have been a customer of ACP for many years due to my asthma. I recently tried to research cotton pillows. I want to sleep on natural fibers. ACP advertises cotton pillows but they have plastic, fiberfill stuffing. I do not like to sweat in bed. I had to ask the rep on the "chat" several times to try to get more specific answers. Pillows which are stuffed with something other than cotton should not be called cotton pillows just because the covering is a cotton, dust impermeable case. That's my opinion. When I asked, the rep did state the returns policy of the company and that is a very good returns policy.
