ITProfessional service and quality product We have only started using my son's twin mattress and pillow pristine enclosure, so we can't review the product's efficiency for dust mites yet. However, we have a similar product from an Italian brand which we have used over 6 months and the allergy control enclosure appear to be very similar, only that it is a bit more plastic-y and might be a bit warmer overall. We opted for microfiber over cotton because washing at least 60°C is recommended for killing dust mites and the all cotton product requires washing every 2 weeks instead if every 6 months. I was afraid that the enclosure would rip easier with so many removals for washing and, again, really needed to wash the enclosure at 60°C. As per sales service , allergy control personnel was very professional and they went as far as to double check my order since it was paid with a debit card. That was a plus for me. Then they sent the purchase which arrived in 2 days. Great too that they offered a sale of 20%. It definitely helped me decide to buy your product over a competitor's. Thank you

GBLacking Some Truthfulness in Advertising I have been a customer of ACP for many years due to my asthma. I recently tried to research cotton pillows. I want to sleep on natural fibers. ACP advertises cotton pillows but they have plastic, fiberfill stuffing. I do not like to sweat in bed. I had to ask the rep on the "chat" several times to try to get more specific answers. Pillows which are stuffed with something other than cotton should not be called cotton pillows just because the covering is a cotton, dust impermeable case. That's my opinion. When I asked, the rep did state the returns policy of the company and that is a very good returns policy.
