I purchased a set of mattress and box … I purchased a set of mattress and box springs covers with two pillow cases. The first item I opened was the one containing the 9" Economy cover for the box springs. Immediately I noticed the extreme chemical smell coming from this item and soon noticed I was having a nasal reaction to it. So I put it in double plastic bags and put it in the GARBAGE. I know I could return it to you, but I can't stand to even handle it to get it ready for shipping back to you. It took my nasal membranes 2-3 hours to recuperate. I can't imagine why you would EVER sell such a product to people with allergy problems!!!

Buyer, beware! They send out dirty products from other people They have no quality control and do not believe them when they say they will allow a return because they won’t. Ordered pure sleep, silver allergy bedding, which they claimed was cotton and was NOT, arrived dirty disgusting used bedding, which came neatly folded in their containers. Could not return, and could not get a credit and could not get a refund. Buyer beware!

It's ok The largest Pristine mattress cover for twin is too small. I have to return it. I ordered a larger one from Walmart and saved a ton of money. The comforter cover is OK. It feels like a raincoat. If you try to post a review on their (allergy control) website, you click on be the first to write a review, and nothing happens. I like the pillows that I got, though.

The site is fine. I'm not sure I'll like the product, but won't know until December! I sleep under a dark blue cotton quilt currently made with primaloft. I wash it Q2weeks. And therefore it wore out. So I'm planning to sleep under a quilt of similar material, but this one advises not to wash it. Use a cover. So I bought a cover from Allergy Control, but it's white. So people advise a 2nd cover which is colored. That seems a pain -- washing and putting on both covers. So don't know what I'll do. Bought the allergy proof cover from ACP but not the quilt. I haven't used it, as it's still summer.

Lacking Some Truthfulness in Advertising I have been a customer of ACP for many years due to my asthma. I recently tried to research cotton pillows. I want to sleep on natural fibers. ACP advertises cotton pillows but they have plastic, fiberfill stuffing. I do not like to sweat in bed. I had to ask the rep on the "chat" several times to try to get more specific answers. Pillows which are stuffed with something other than cotton should not be called cotton pillows just because the covering is a cotton, dust impermeable case. That's my opinion. When I asked, the rep did state the returns policy of the company and that is a very good returns policy.
