terrible customer support I wanted a mattress dust cover that had a zipper all around the mattress rather than one end; the chat customer support steered me to a product that did not meet this requirement and when I attempted to return it I did not get a full refund and had to pay postage. Talking to someone re this was impossible; I only got sent to emails, which were not returned.

Recieved a bad part Recieved a bad part, its not working. Spent around $32 and the result is that i still can't use it due to the faulty part.

Buyer, beware! They send out dirty products from other people They have no quality control and do not believe them when they say they will allow a return because they won’t. Ordered pure sleep, silver allergy bedding, which they claimed was cotton and was NOT, arrived dirty disgusting used bedding, which came neatly folded in their containers. Could not return, and could not get a credit and could not get a refund. Buyer beware!

Landry detergent bottles had leaked all over Though I have no complaints about AC's products and actually really like the products, this shipment failed miserably. Though bubble-wrapped, the containers were not taped closed at the lid/opening. As such, two of the 8 containers of laundry detergent leaked all over the other 6 bottles. It took me an hour to unwrap each slippery container, rinse and dry each one and then put them away. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering any more products from AC.

One item out of 3 was incorrect One item out of 3 was incorrect. It was for a Hepa filter for a specific Honeywell Model air purifier. I gave the exact model number and one replacement "F" was sent. When I received it, I see on the instructions that 3 are needed, not one. I may either send the one back for a refund and decide to order a different model, perhaps directly from the manufacturer of decide to add two more F filters to my order. Either way, sales rep. should have realized from the Model number that 3 stacked were needed.
