GBIn years gone by i recommended ACP to … In years gone by i recommended ACP to all my colleagues and employers thus stemming lots of business but now their integrity and knowledge has dwindled. I HAVE YET to receive replies to any of my disappointment and questions in my latest order and that's awful! Their chat is helpful but that individual knows less than I do - they're reading what I already read back to me, what good is that. So the bottom line is, get with it guys! Know your products thoroughly and offer to make inquiries b/4 providing wrong or no answers. I'm still waiting to hear about my Honeywell HEPA unit recently received with has this awful bright blue light and smelly HEPA filter. I realize it's not ACP's fault as they did not design it, but they did sell it to me so they should be responding to my questions and replacing the filter!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I'm not a happy camper.

GBLacking Some Truthfulness in Advertising I have been a customer of ACP for many years due to my asthma. I recently tried to research cotton pillows. I want to sleep on natural fibers. ACP advertises cotton pillows but they have plastic, fiberfill stuffing. I do not like to sweat in bed. I had to ask the rep on the "chat" several times to try to get more specific answers. Pillows which are stuffed with something other than cotton should not be called cotton pillows just because the covering is a cotton, dust impermeable case. That's my opinion. When I asked, the rep did state the returns policy of the company and that is a very good returns policy.

GBIt's ok The largest Pristine mattress cover for twin is too small. I have to return it. I ordered a larger one from Walmart and saved a ton of money. The comforter cover is OK. It feels like a raincoat. If you try to post a review on their (allergy control) website, you click on be the first to write a review, and nothing happens. I like the pillows that I got, though.

GBThe site is fine. I'm not sure I'll like the product, but won't know until December! I sleep under a dark blue cotton quilt currently made with primaloft. I wash it Q2weeks. And therefore it wore out. So I'm planning to sleep under a quilt of similar material, but this one advises not to wash it. Use a cover. So I bought a cover from Allergy Control, but it's white. So people advise a 2nd cover which is colored. That seems a pain -- washing and putting on both covers. So don't know what I'll do. Bought the allergy proof cover from ACP but not the quilt. I haven't used it, as it's still summer.
