GBCancelled RX but won't refund$$ Ordered and received one RX in December. Decided to refill in January but had an allergic reaction. Called in 1/23 to cancel and ask for refund. They had not yet sent the RX due to some problem with a signature. Said they'd cancel and issue a refund within five business days. On 1/31 got an email with a tracking number on it saying my order had shipped. Call the company and they admitted their mistake in filling the prescription, but now refuse to refund the money. They said that having an allergic reaction was not a valid reason to cancel, but if I had simply said "I don't want it" they would have issued the refund. $100 is a lot of money to lose for anyone, particularly a senior citizen. Taking it up with my credit card issuer, hopefully they can issue a refund and go after this fraudulent company

GBDo not use this company for meds there… Do not use this company for meds there are way better ones that operate without so much confusion. Blink website is so stupid you will not know if your meds have been sent, if you need a prescription renewal and if they have sent your meds. The website just throws all your info against a wall to see what sticks. The communication from this company is terrible also. They are not informative and not proactive. This means once a month you will be wondering if you’re getting meds and won’t be able to tell from the website because it’s horrible. I’m about to find a better company

GBCharged and Never Received Medication I was charged $370.16 for a medication on 4/1/2024 and as of 4/30/24 have not received it, with no communication or explanation. I called customer service twice and the first time was assured someone would call me back with status within 24-48 hours which never happened. I ultimately asked for a refund on my second call and had the prescription cancelled and transferred. I now have to wait and see if I am actually refunded and if the transfer will happen successfully.

GBI called the phone number given to me… I called the phone number given to me by my insurance and no matter what options I tried the system would not let me connect to a live agent. I told the system I WAS NOT an existing member and the system would tell me it did not recognize my phone number...

GBLook for a different company! I'm not sure how this company stays in business. I've been getting two medications from them for about 5 years now, and they're both meds that are approved and prescribed by THEIR in house doctors. But every time, and I mean every single time, they deny one or both meds when I try to refill and say I need to have my doctor call in a new refill, even though their own site says I'll have 3 refills remaining, several months out. It's like pulling teeth every single time. It takes days for them to respond, and then they ask for info you gave them in the first contact. Then you have to wait several more days, and the confusion may or may not be cleared up, usually not. I strongly recommend you find another company to serve you. This one is VERY unreliable.
