Getting really slow I've used Blink for several years. Usually I pick up at a local pharmacy and while I usually have to walk the pharmacist through the whole process because they don't know what Blink is, it works out fine. I've started doing their mail order because it's a bit cheaper and I'm not driving much right now. It is getting progressively slower. I'm not interested in yelling at an overworked customer service rep, but I do want my meds shipped out in a timely manner (I would think 72 hours after receipt of the Rx from the doctor ). Something is going wrong lately. I hope they right the ship

Avoid Blink! Blink listed a pharmacy where I could go to pick up the rx that I wanted and told me to get a prescription from my doctor. I discovered the pharmacy did not carry the drug I wanted--none of the pharmacies Blink listed did--and the drug does not require a prescription. I canceled the order (and am supposed to get a refund), but see no way to remove my profile or credit card info. AVOID BLINK!!!

They lie They lie. My doctor faxed in my prescription and over a week later, they still claim they did not receive it. My doctor has documentation he sent it. They are rude and obviously don't want My business??? Instead of wasting over a week of my time, I could have my VERY needed prescription by now. I TOLD them I was having major surgery in two days and I needed to get this on the way to me. They just don't care. Highly disappointed.

Look for a different company! I'm not sure how this company stays in business. I've been getting two medications from them for about 5 years now, and they're both meds that are approved and prescribed by THEIR in house doctors. But every time, and I mean every single time, they deny one or both meds when I try to refill and say I need to have my doctor call in a new refill, even though their own site says I'll have 3 refills remaining, several months out. It's like pulling teeth every single time. It takes days for them to respond, and then they ask for info you gave them in the first contact. Then you have to wait several more days, and the confusion may or may not be cleared up, usually not. I strongly recommend you find another company to serve you. This one is VERY unreliable.

Brooke and Blink have been outstanding! The sales reps and the emails have been on-point with every order I’ve placed. I don’t understand any of the bad reviews. The # I called for svc was 833-435-0213, and spoke with Brooke. A Miebo script was left on our porch on a very windy day, and we saw it blow away on camera. We looked everywhere for it, and couldn’t find it. I emailed Blink, and they sent me another one at no cost. My neighbor found our pkg. in her bushes 3 doors down and delivered it yesterday. I called Blink to thank them for sending me a replacement, and told them my neighbor had found it. I asked if they wanted me to send it back, or pay for it now or at the time of the next refill. I couldn’t ask for any better assistance.
