PT.COM has boost my business overall and it is a great way to get patients coming to the clinic that would have otherwise not found us! PT.COM is a great way to get patients that would otherwise never found us. These patients come to us by looking online and they see our clinic being represented by Physical Therapist.com. We have boost our business and our call volume, thanks to PT.COM Customer Service is superb!

Excellent customer service. When I have received calls from potential patients that were not appropriate due to, for instance, being out of the geographical area I serve, PT.com was willing to deduct the cost of that call from my bill. They were very professional, understanding and timely. You even get to talk to a real live person. It's also very easy to edit your information on their site, again, by easily being able to talk to a representative.

They are a terrible company! When I first signed up with them, it sounded like a good marketing tool. Unfortunately, they have a terrible business model. They charge for EVERY call made thru their number, whether it's legitimate or not. They obviously do not listen to any of the calls. I got billed for existing patients, people looking for doctors and other things, not for a PT. Then, when I reviewed the calls, if it's over 35 days, they will not issue a refund. They charged me for a call made by a pre-existing patient, but after 60 days they day they can no longer listen to the calls, how convenient for them, so I paid for a call I should not have been billed for. This has happened more than once. They are dishonest in their charges and will not submit a refund for a fraudulent charge. Stay away from them! I think any positive review on there must have been done by them.

Overall Physical Therapist.com is a good service. Physical Therapy.com would be more beneficial for us if they calls were filtered. The call pays off if it is for Physical Therapy, however if they are booking a massage, the call is worth more than the message session and it was not worth the call price your company charges. We have also received other phones calls for services we do not offer. We needed to call to have the charge removed which took time away from our work. I think it would be nice to have the calls filtered and charged based on service they are calling for.

Happy.........so far PhysicalTherapists.com has helped to increase attention to our business but many of the phone calls that come in are irrelevant or not appropriate to our company. This becomes frustrating when we've tried to make our ad as clear as possible. Nevertheless, we have been happy with the increasing number of phone calls and overall feel that it has helped to increase exposure to our practice.
