Jason is beyond fast answering emails and also very friendly and knowledgeable; he genuinely cares about your pet. Worth the monthly premium.... I'm so glad I chose 4Paws for my pet's insurance needs. Very impressed!

GBSame Old Story They Tried To Treat Me With Contempt!! I hoped this lot might be different. Sadly NOT!! They took nearly £500 from me in the first year with no claims from me and yet they increase my premium. I cancelled and so in my opinion should anyone if they try this on!!. Only voting with our feet will companies like this stop ripping us all off!! I despair of this appalling rip off society I believe companies like this represent.

GBAvoid!!! Avoid!!!! They do not pay out for genuine claims! We have been waiting since August for the claim we put in, they stalled it for months then said they needed to speak to the vet, the spoke to the vet then they said they needed more paperwork, they had it all and it was signed by the vet and everything filled in correctly. They have since just ignored us. They are not a genuine company I would never recommend them to anyone and would avoid them at all costs. I wish I would have looked at the reviews now before choosing them for pet insurance last year.

GBPhoned 4 paws to make sure my dogs… Phoned 4 paws to make sure my dogs treatment was covered and I asked as it was an ongoing problem once the vet had finished the treatment then could we make a claim ,as it turned out I was nearing the end of first year and they processed a claim without my consent and paid out £1.27 which was what was left of the vet bill after they took there excess .and then was told if I wanted to claim again as it was a new year I would have to pay another years excess .

GB5+ weeks to wait I made a claim in August. Because of a few house moves, it took them until November to to get all the info they needed. Well it’s 15th December, so 5+ weeks after their last correspondence and I’m still waiting for settlement. What’s the claim for? - The fallout of an infection for my dog getting bitten on the back. Not a difficult diagnosis or complicated task one would think for a payout. I will wait for my settlement and then cancel this shambles of an insurance provider.
