GBTamara customer service for assisting… Tamara customer service for assisting me to change my password Today 4/8 at 12pm. Was fantastic and patient. She made me comfortable and didn't rush me. She has a sweet voice. IT took me a while to change my password, she said no worries. I would give her a 100 stars if I could.

GBFollowing on from my review below… Following on from my review below regarding unpaid claims Cigna asked me to contact them which I duly did. They then replied with an email saying wait 10 days - one of these claims is at least 2 months overdue already. Cigna are depressingly bad.

SGbad experience I got Cigna insurance provided by my former employer. During my employment, I already observed very inconsistent service level by Cigna, they rejected some services for some colleagues but reimbursed the same for others. And when a manager stepped in, they eventually compromised and fixed it. Now I left the company, and they keep rejecting many of my claims, and I have no one to represent me and protect my legit benefits anymore so they just ignore all my claims and complaints.

GBIf I could I would give this very… If I could I would give this very dysfunctional heath plan 0 stars!!! The representative “Celida” hung up on me!! I would never give my business to them!!!, OR refer them to anyone!! American healthcare is so so dysfunctional!! I choose NOT to profit any American healthcare company!!

GBCigna Medicare Part D is more expensive now and gives you less than previous years Cigna was a less expensive Medicare Part D provider in 2022. Now, in 2024, they pay nothing towards tier 1 prescriptions. And they will not refill my medications until I am down to my last pill. Not very convenient when your prescription needs to be renewed by your physician. I paid more for Wellcare, but at least they covered the cost of Tier 1 prescriptions and I was always able to refill while I still one week of Meds left. They raised their rates for 2024, but did not raise the quality of service. Stay away from Cigna! They take your money and give you as little as possible back. Try Wellcare, I never had these problems with Wellcare.
