GBExcellent Customer Support I have used Hiveon for my pool mining since June 2021 and not had any issues whatsoever until only recently and of my own causing. I am still fairly new and quite green regarding mining, so I have been quite stressed after being unable to fix my issues myself. I contacted Customer Support and my issue you was dealt with almost immediately and my rig was back up and running within 10 minutes!! I cannot recommend them enough.

GBComplete thieves Like other users i don't spend all my time on forums or social media but just leave my rig running. app never informed me of time limit as hive team seem to think it did so now they have stolen my ethereum, new users should be aware that hive change there terms and conditions without notification. Users who have had eth stolen should get together and take these thieves to court

CAOur company manages a lot of ASIC… Our company manages a lot of ASIC miners, and Hiveon has been 100% readily available to develop solutions for batch management of our installations. Frequent firmware upgrades, quick fixes for bugs and very competent and available support team, always ready to assist in keeping us running. Kudos to the team and everyone involved. 10/10 would recommend to anyone managing these kinds of installation, without a doubt.
