GBExcellent Customer Support I have used Hiveon for my pool mining since June 2021 and not had any issues whatsoever until only recently and of my own causing. I am still fairly new and quite green regarding mining, so I have been quite stressed after being unable to fix my issues myself. I contacted Customer Support and my issue you was dealt with almost immediately and my rig was back up and running within 10 minutes!! I cannot recommend them enough.

GBComplete thieves Like other users i don't spend all my time on forums or social media but just leave my rig running. app never informed me of time limit as hive team seem to think it did so now they have stolen my ethereum, new users should be aware that hive change there terms and conditions without notification. Users who have had eth stolen should get together and take these thieves to court

FITruly great experience since 2021… Truly great experience since 2021 January for over a year now. Using 9 GPUs for 620MH for ETH mining. The software is second to none and the 2 Free HiveonPool rig access deals is great for small time miners like me. I have only had one issue with stales(which they pay for + no transfer fees for the payments) and they corrected the issue today within their chat service in minutes. Every service in the world has some issues given enough time, it's a question of how well and how fast they correct them. Seems they really are on to of things. Absolute recommendation.
