The range of knowledge was also good. I appreciate that they came to my home with information and looked at the stairs for installation. After all that the unit is GREAT so far. I love it.

Had some problems with installation scheduling and the installer seemed pressed for time but did a good job on the installation and training. I was not aware that the 2nd payment was due at installation; I see that it stated such in the fine print but it would have been helpful to be reminded prior to the install.
