An impressive company. The company's response to our request was quick, their showroom was well designed and helped inform our decision, their staff promptly and efficiently installed our lift and made sure we knew how to use and maintain it. The lift has worked very well to date.

An Excellent Experience from the very beginning Every experience I had with Arrow has been very good. The technicians who did the installation are very thorough, professional and cleaned after themselves better than I might have myself.

All is well when it ends well Overall, we are happy with the outcome. It took over a year to go from order to installation due to supply chain issues. There was also some confusion and conflicting information regarding the kind of door and wall needed, and we ended up with a suboptimal solution that was probably not required. Once the elevator was installed, we had to have it serviced twice because it stopped working. The good news is that the company was responsive and managed to send a team within days to fix the sensors. It now seems to work fine, and we are hoping that it will continue to do so for years to come.
