GBThey listen and respond I have worn orthotics for many years. My orthotics are pretty highly specialized as I have several conditions in my feet that make things a bit more tricky. When the original pair was sent, they weren't quite right. Bilt Labs was quick to adjust them making these the most comfortable orthotics I've had. I have recently ordered two additional pairs.

From that, they made some tweaks and sent me a final product I am so happy with.

BSGood for long distance running Bilt labs keeps record of your foot shape so you can easily reorder. I use my orthotics for long distance running and go through a pair a year, so this is a helpful feature. They are supportive in Hokas and don't take up too much space.

GBGood Service with a Good Product My feet had been hurting for a while. They are old dancer's feet and I still dance. My orthopedist recommended several places that were local, where I could get orthotics. The problem was that I could not get an appointment for at least a month. Bilt Labs process took about 3 weeks in its entirety, and I am now dancing away without foot pain.
