Kinda loud, but they feel incredible!! They feel incredible! I walk miles in them! They make my back and knees feel incredible. I have them in my running shoes, my basketball shoes, and my everyday walking shoes. The process is great, and you can send them your shoes with insoles or just insoles. Th only thing is they are loud. My co-workers chuckle when I move around in meetings, and I can hear them over the music in the gym. I don’t care, though. They feel incredible!!

They listen and respond I have worn orthotics for many years. My orthotics are pretty highly specialized as I have several conditions in my feet that make things a bit more tricky. When the original pair was sent, they weren't quite right. Bilt Labs was quick to adjust them making these the most comfortable orthotics I've had. I have recently ordered two additional pairs.

I stick them in my soccer cleats and have used them 3+ times a week for the last 3 years. I have another pair for my every day walking around shoes. Very robust, sturdy insoles. Plus they're way cheaper than ordering them from the podiatrist.

Excellent for my marching band child! This my second time ordering! The initial process was in May, 2023 and it was very simple with good instructions! It took about 5 minutes to complete the process with my child after the kit arrived. The insoles came in and they fit perfectly. My child has very flat feet and participates in marching band! They spend hours a day on their feet. The podiatrist insoles were half the quality of the Bilt Labs at twice the price! The best part of Bilt Labs was getting two sets of better quality insoles for the same cost as the lesser quality one set from the podiatrist. We used one set of the Bilt Labs insoles for his everyday shoes and one set for his marching band shoes! They were exactly what we needed! He never complained about his feet and he mentioned other children routinely complained about hurting feet! It does take about a week or two to adjust to any insoles, but once his feet were used to them he wouldn't be without them, ever! He only wore one pair of Bilt Labs orthotics out last year, which went well beyond the podiatrist pair, but we want another 2 sets of Bilt Labs insoles!!!
