I ordered 3 pairs I ordered 3 pairs, was not happy at all when received the goods because 2 pairs was wrong sizes. I wrote a complaint and the response was very helpful. Roxten send me the right size short after. I have to say I'm very pleased with the quick problem solved therefore customer service # great service and customer oriented. I am pleased with my choice and… I am pleased with my choice and particularly pleased that the shoes I bought are the correct size, but I wonder what would have happened if I needed to return them. There was no return address and no docket inside to even state how much I paid. Thank goodness they fit and are extremely comfortable

I love the orthopaedic shoes I love the orthopaedic shoes - I have a short, wide foot and have trouble with sandals rubbing. The orthopaedic shoes are light, comfortable, supportive and machine wash beautifully. I now have 2 pairs and plan on getting more.
