I ordered 3 pairs I ordered 3 pairs, was not happy at all when received the goods because 2 pairs was wrong sizes. I wrote a complaint and the response was very helpful. Roxten send me the right size short after. I have to say I'm very pleased with the quick problem solved therefore customer service # great service and customer oriented. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service and all the shoes (too many to count) I now possess are fantastic. I have been suffering swollen feet since I got cardiac and diabetics and found it hard to walk. Now I have such comfy shoes I can walk easily
