I ordered 3 pairs I ordered 3 pairs, was not happy at all when received the goods because 2 pairs was wrong sizes. I wrote a complaint and the response was very helpful. Roxten send me the right size short after. I have to say I'm very pleased with the quick problem solved therefore customer service # great service and customer oriented. Shoes are terrible quality Shoes are terrible quality, fabric feels like sandpaper. Don't waste your money. I cannot return them as "I bought them on a promotion" they will exchange them for a new pair if I spend a further $11. no thank you, I've already wasted enough money.

I ordered three times. My mom and me are satisfied but my auntie who checked my mom shoes she said she wants this shoes as well . But she didn't get her shoes yet. But hopefully she will enjoy her shoes soon too.
