I ordered 3 pairs I ordered 3 pairs, was not happy at all when received the goods because 2 pairs was wrong sizes. I wrote a complaint and the response was very helpful. Roxten send me the right size short after. I have to say I'm very pleased with the quick problem solved therefore customer service # great service and customer oriented. Super efficient service Super efficient service, couldn't be better. The shoes arrived promptly and I have been more than pleased with them. So comfortable! I have purchased four pairs now and intend to keep buying them. This is a five star review, but the last star may not show.
