No customer service and shoes too small The shoes I received were made from different material than the pair I bought last year. The shoes were marked size 39 but are a size smaller. I submitted photos to customer service, as requested and have not heard any more from this company. I will no longer be recommending them.

I am pleased with my choice and… I am pleased with my choice and particularly pleased that the shoes I bought are the correct size, but I wonder what would have happened if I needed to return them. There was no return address and no docket inside to even state how much I paid. Thank goodness they fit and are extremely comfortable

Took a very long time to arrive and… Took a very long time to arrive and tracking didn't help. The shoes are very comfortable, but I think next time I will order a smaller size.
