Would highly recommend High quality, comfortable chair which assists frail elderly person to move more easily from sit to stand. Good range of design options on sizing and also on being able to select pressure relief cushion , which is quite firm. Also possible to buy a spare cushion which is useful. Delivered within the expected three week timeframe although we had to prompt for the actual delivery date. Delivery driver was very helpful and also phoned an hour prior to arrival.

I am delighted with my sturdy new chair… I am delighted with my sturdy new chair with skis which makes it much easier for me to manoeuvre myself up to the dining table. I worked in residential care for many years so knew of the advantages of these chairs for those like me with mobility problems. But I was drawing a blank at finding a company which could deliver just one chair to a domestic address, and then I came across Homecarechairs and my problem was solved. The wide choice of colour for the wood and upholstery was an added bonus. Delivery was also very good - the delivery driver carried it in for me.

It was delivered promptly - really polite helpful driver, happy to carry it up three flights of stairs. Communication for head office was always great. Products are good but the customer… Products are good but the customer service is terrible, don’t reply to emails, don’t call back when they say they will, this is a real issue especially when your spending £200 on a single chair. You really need to sort out your customer service.

Order process okay however delivery… Order process okay however delivery details were not great. Tracking poor and had to call a few times to get info. No advance notice of delivery slot received so just by luck I was home when delivery arrived. Love the chair though it’s perfect for my son and quality appears very good.
