Chain was all screwed up had to take to… Chain was all screwed up had to take to bike shop to have them fix it. Direction did not explain how to put whole bike togther had to pay then to finish it. Being bike season 12 days to do it. Still have not gotten to ride it.

price was good, shipping was ok, follow threw was great ordered the aostirmotor s07g, and it is a beautiful bike, would be even better if the battery was white like the frame. only issue i had was that the bell broke off the handle bar but it dont matter as i wasnt expecting a bell. bike came in a week which is decent time considering its a drop ship.

Great product l! Great product l!! Love the turn signals, but better than than that was the customer service! I ordered 2 sets of the blinkers and only one set was delivered to me, i emailed customer service and received a response within a few hours. They sent another set out to me in beyond reasonable amount of time. Great company!

Packaging was poorly established for… Packaging was poorly established for the 3000 mile transfer from your location in Florida to Central Oregon. The battery was sliding around in the box with only paper on top. I’m hoping none of the cells have been damaged from bouncing around. I would recommend using foam spray bags, for a safe fit with no sliding and better protection.
