GBThe “Universal charger” that was sent… The “Universal charger” that was sent only charged my defiant once and i had my bike die on me and whenever i plug it in it reads as fully charged

GBI set up my new ebike wrong and asked… I set up my new ebike wrong and asked fir help. They contacted the bike manufacturer and sent me instructions for assembly. The first suggestion fixed my issue. Great customer service
