Good bike, poor shipping The bike is great, but shipping was disappointing. It was not packed well and the charger arrived broken. UPS also failed to get signature upon delivery but I got lucky and it was not stolen (all packages left get stolen here). Getting a replacement charger was pretty easy but took a while and I didn't receive a tracking number until the day it was arriving. So overall good bike, good customer service, bad packaging and shipping.

Micargi Aloha Electric Tandem - A+ I was initially concerned with purchasing an electric tandem bike online BUT Bill from ElectricByke gave me the confidence due to his immediate return calls and excellent / personable conversations we had. The Micargi Tandem is a blast. My wife and I have spent hours enjoying our time together getting the perfect amount of exercise we need throughout the ride. The bike is extremely comfortable with simple electronic controls to set your desired assist level OR an available full electric power mode and let the hub motor do all the work (which i rarely do). Since we both try to do most of the work, we have gone over 35 miles with plenty of battery power remaining. Thanks to ElectricByke for creating great experiences for us both. Just need to find an effective trailer for this bike so we can create new adventures elsewhere. A+ to ElectricByke, Micargi and the owner Bill! My next purchase will be an electric cruiser just for me!

Easy purchase, fast delivery Electricbyke did a great job of getting the bike to me. I placed the order on Sunday evening and the bike was delivered on the following Friday. Great service!

I ordered a boat from electricbyke and… I ordered a bike from electricbyke and the next day, they emailed me that they were out of them. I was really disappointed and texted them and let them know so and the owner of the company searched around the country and found another one and sold it to me for the same price. I didn’t know that there was people that still did business in this find an old fashion way I would buy another bike from them in a New York minute and just might cause my wife loves it and she wants one too. These are really good people and a breath of fresh air. Jimmy Broun.

I basically like the bike I basically like the bike! But I think a bit more instruction in assembly. New type of front tire assembly, not explained. Looking for cam lever/rod with adjusting plastic nut. Got new type rod with what looked like two plastic adjusting nuts and no cam lever. No instructions as to change and how to install. Get a C- for that. They did get back to me quickly, answering my e-maiin quick order. Took bike out for test ride, crossed fingers that front wheel wouldn't come off. Found out I know have a cadence sensor problem. Have to peddle 2 to 3 complete revolutions before peddle assist starts working. Like I said< "I like the bike," but all these little deals distracts from product.
