GBChain was all screwed up had to take to… Chain was all screwed up had to take to bike shop to have them fix it. Direction did not explain how to put whole bike togther had to pay then to finish it. Being bike season 12 days to do it. Still have not gotten to ride it.

GBIt’s a great bike It’s a great bike, wouldn’t recommend you put the bike together by yourself especially if you don’t know what you’re doing because some of the steps are a little complex. But besides that it’s a great bike and roses really well 👍🏽

GBI order a set of WingLights 360 Fixed… I ordered a set of WingLights 360 Fixed turn signals which are USB rechargeable for around $48. However, they sent me the "V3" version (which require batteries and sell for around $28). I called and happily, their customer service was first-rate; they had the correct "360" version to me within a few days. Unfortunately, they were defective -- they didn't hold a charge after I charged them several times at the requisite 30 minutes. Perhaps they were old stock and have been rendered defective over time. I'll call tomorrow. This is very frustrating but I’m sure their accommodating customer service folks will either get me a replacement soon or refund what I paid.

GBI basically like the bike I basically like the bike! But I think a bit more instruction in assembly. New type of front tire assembly, not explained. Looking for cam lever/rod with adjusting plastic nut. Got new type rod with what looked like two plastic adjusting nuts and no cam lever. No instructions as to change and how to install. Get a C- for that. They did get back to me quickly, answering my e-maiin quick order. Took bike out for test ride, crossed fingers that front wheel wouldn't come off. Found out I know have a cadence sensor problem. Have to peddle 2 to 3 complete revolutions before peddle assist starts working. Like I said< "I like the bike," but all these little deals distracts from product.

GBI ordered a boat from electricbyke and… I ordered a bike from electricbyke and the next day, they emailed me that they were out of them. I was really disappointed and texted them and let them know so and the owner of the company searched around the country and found another one and sold it to me for the same price. I didn’t know that there was people that still did business in this find an old fashion way I would buy another bike from them in a New York minute and just might cause my wife loves it and she wants one too. These are really good people and a breath of fresh air. Jimmy Broun.
