Rave 2 quit working at 16 months of… Rave 2 quit working at 16 months of use. Trying to get new parts has been an issue. I've been getting the run around with Ameriglide and Harmar. Ameriglide says call Harmar, Harmar says call Ameriglide. At this point our chairlift is not working at all and is greatly need by my stroke survivor husband. I can't imagine what poor seniors that don't have access to the web and email have to go thru. At this point I wish I had never chosen Ameriglide.

If you end up calling I would definitely ask for him. Very knowledgeable and answers all questions. Super experience and professional company that helps the elderly and disabled. Cargo/Chair lift I purchased a cargo lift convertible to a chair lift and Abbie Basham helped me place the order and was super helpful in following up with the delivery process. Am very pleased with the product itself and also how Abbie managed the whole process. I would definitely purchase again from AmeriGlide other products I may need in the future. I give them an A+

Rave II KNT Stair Lifts I contacted Mr. Roger Adams Sales Department who was very courteous, helpful and made a clean reasonable offer for the two stair lifts I needed. I accepted the offer and the shipment was made/received and lifts installed all in good time. The Lifts are being used for the last 10 days and am pleased with this purchase.
