I was lied to by John the Amazon seller… I was lied to by John the Amazon seller in regards to delivery date. Amazon told me delivery was 3/7. Not!!! Contacted John and was told he would overnight the item to receive it 3/8. Another lie. Very disreputable company. Preying on the disabled and elderly.

AN ENJOYABLE LONG DISTANCE ACTIVITY…nC to VA. I completely enjoyed working with Mr. John, he was completely upfront, no hidden mistakes to be corrected later, pre-price as stated is what I was billed. Most enjoyable person to work with from start to present status. He also requested we follow up upon delivery. Again, a distinguish move. JPg

Cargo/Chair lift I purchased a cargo lift convertible to a chair lift and Abbie Basham helped me place the order and was super helpful in following up with the delivery process. Am very pleased with the product itself and also how Abbie managed the whole process. I would definitely purchase again from AmeriGlide other products I may need in the future. I give them an A+

Poor product with no Customer service I have had your outdoor chair lift for 3 years end it has been repaired at least four times. The remote controls have never worked. Your wireless handheld units are cheap pieces of crap. I have replaced the batteries numerous times and they might work for one trip. That's it. When I called your main office, they were absolutely no help since my dealer disappeared. I fortunately found an independent. Repairman who is keeping it working.

Great product! Cameron, the salesman, was very, very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating! The installer, Bill Thompson, was also knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough, but he was very late for his 10am appointment, a time which he chose, disrupting our plans for later in the day. But for that issue, Ameriglide would have received a full 5 stars from me!! Thanks for everything; the chair is working very well and we love it!
