The next working day, Ray came over ASAP & fixed it promptly. For us, this stairlift paid for itself just days after installation. They have a range of models to offer for every budget. They care, and believe in what they do as truly beneficial.

Rave 2 quit working at 16 months of… Rave 2 quit working at 16 months of use. Trying to get new parts has been an issue. I've been getting the run around with Ameriglide and Harmar. Ameriglide says call Harmar, Harmar says call Ameriglide. At this point our chairlift is not working at all and is greatly need by my stroke survivor husband. I can't imagine what poor seniors that don't have access to the web and email have to go thru. At this point I wish I had never chosen Ameriglide.

FAST SERVICE Ordered on a Friday and was using the lift on Saturday one week later. Could not believe the quickness of service I received. Was kept updated on the process of shipping and installation. One great experience and love the lift!!!👍

They do not follow their own company policies and do not confirm shipping dates with their clients. They provide no support after a product is purchased and do NOT value their clients at all.
