We called Ameriglide in December 2023… We called Ameriglide in December 2023 about an issue with our Rave2 and were told they would be back in touch. We had absolutely no contact from them until we called back on January 12,2024, and were told we needed to call the manufacturer, who in turn told me to call Ameriglide to have a tech sent out to diagnose the issue. After waiting 3 days, I called back and was told to call the install company myself so I did and after 2 days I called back and they had a tech going through our town that day, they charged me 306.00 for 40 minute service call in which 20 minutes the tech was on hold with the manufacturer trying to get a rep to order the part. The rep answered and the part was ordered in 5 minutes, so our actual tech time was 20 minutes, what a deal Del Star or A! Medical.

Rave II KNT Stair Lifts I contacted Mr. Roger Adams Sales Department who was very courteous, helpful and made a clean reasonable offer for the two stair lifts I needed. I accepted the offer and the shipment was made/received and lifts installed all in good time. The Lifts are being used for the last 10 days and am pleased with this purchase.

I was lied to by John the Amazon seller… I was lied to by John the Amazon seller in regards to delivery date. Amazon told me delivery was 3/7. Not!!! Contacted John and was told he would overnight the item to receive it 3/8. Another lie. Very disreputable company. Preying on the disabled and elderly.

Cargo/Chair lift I purchased a cargo lift convertible to a chair lift and Abbie Basham helped me place the order and was super helpful in following up with the delivery process. Am very pleased with the product itself and also how Abbie managed the whole process. I would definitely purchase again from AmeriGlide other products I may need in the future. I give them an A+

Time for new batteries for our stair lift Just ordering new batteries for our stair lift, as we are approaching expected lifetime of the battery pair. First set lasted 2.5 years, even though manual suggests replacing every 1.5 years. Second set is going on 3 years so are likely getting close to end of life. AmeriGlide has the battery package available still at the same old price! Good service, helpful and knowledgable staff.
