Eric listened and based on the symptoms I described; he offered proper guidance. Based on his guidance I was able to address the issue by realigning the sensor switches to the sensor plates for the second level of a three-level unit. This makes me a happy customer.

Time for new batteries for our stair lift Just ordering new batteries for our stair lift, as we are approaching expected lifetime of the battery pair. First set lasted 2.5 years, even though manual suggests replacing every 1.5 years. Second set is going on 3 years so are likely getting close to end of life. AmeriGlide has the battery package available still at the same old price! Good service, helpful and knowledgable staff.

I was lied to by John the Amazon seller… I was lied to by John the Amazon seller in regards to delivery date. Amazon told me delivery was 3/7. Not!!! Contacted John and was told he would overnight the item to receive it 3/8. Another lie. Very disreputable company. Preying on the disabled and elderly.

They do not follow their own company policies and do not confirm shipping dates with their clients. They provide no support after a product is purchased and do NOT value their clients at all. The next working day, Ray came over ASAP & fixed it promptly. For us, this stairlift paid for itself just days after installation. They have a range of models to offer for every budget.
