Eric listened and based on the symptoms I described; he offered proper guidance. Based on his guidance I was able to address the issue by realigning the sensor switches to the sensor plates for the second level of a three-level unit. This makes me a happy customer.

They do not follow their own company policies and do not confirm shipping dates with their clients. They provide no support after a product is purchased and do NOT value their clients at all. The Ameriglide Co The Ameriglide Co. was fine. I received my equipment in two weeks. It will be three weeks since I received the equipment until it is supposedly going to be installed. The installer called the day before I received the equipment. He told me that if I called by the next day, he could install that week. He never answered his phone (5 calls).There was no response from Delstal, who are the installers.

Cargo/Chair lift I purchased a cargo lift convertible to a chair lift and Abbie Basham helped me place the order and was super helpful in following up with the delivery process. Am very pleased with the product itself and also how Abbie managed the whole process. I would definitely purchase again from AmeriGlide other products I may need in the future. I give them an A+
