I purchased a handicap lift in 2015 I purchased a handicap lift in 2015, for a local restaurant. I have had nothing but issues, from the door frame being out of square to the lift tripping a 20 Amp circuit breaker in the power panel. This lift is outside and rusty in many areas. If a unit is to be located on the exterior of a building, it should be powder coated. This has been negative experience and I will never recommend any of your products. One star is still too much for this company.

We called Ameriglide in December 2023… We called Ameriglide in December 2023 about an issue with our Rave2 and were told they would be back in touch. We had absolutely no contact from them until we called back on January 12,2024, and were told we needed to call the manufacturer, who in turn told me to call Ameriglide to have a tech sent out to diagnose the issue. After waiting 3 days, I called back and was told to call the install company myself so I did and after 2 days I called back and they had a tech going through our town that day, they charged me 306.00 for 40 minute service call in which 20 minutes the tech was on hold with the manufacturer trying to get a rep to order the part. The rep answered and the part was ordered in 5 minutes, so our actual tech time was 20 minutes, what a deal Del Star or A! Medical.

Great product! Cameron, the salesman, was very, very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating! The installer, Bill Thompson, was also knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough, but he was very late for his 10am appointment, a time which he chose, disrupting our plans for later in the day. But for that issue, Ameriglide would have received a full 5 stars from me!! Thanks for everything; the chair is working very well and we love it!

From start to finish: Great service. The motherboard in our stairlift needed replacing under warranty. Ray, Lisa & Staci we're super responsive, knowing of our mobility issues. The next working day, Ray came over ASAP & fixed it promptly. For us, this stairlift paid for itself just days after installation. They have a range of models to offer for every budget. They care, and believe in what they do as truly beneficial.

Cargo/Chair lift I purchased a cargo lift convertible to a chair lift and Abbie Basham helped me place the order and was super helpful in following up with the delivery process. Am very pleased with the product itself and also how Abbie managed the whole process. I would definitely purchase again from AmeriGlide other products I may need in the future. I give them an A+
