The Ameriglide Co The Ameriglide Co. was fine. I received my equipment in two weeks. It will be three weeks since I received the equipment until it is supposedly going to be installed. The installer called the day before I received the equipment. He told me that if I called by the next day, he could install that week. He never answered his phone (5 calls).There was no response from Delstal, who are the installers.

They do not follow their own company policies and do not confirm shipping dates with their clients. They provide no support after a product is purchased and do NOT value their clients at all. Time for new batteries for our stair lift Just ordering new batteries for our stair lift, as we are approaching expected lifetime of the battery pair. First set lasted 2.5 years, even though manual suggests replacing every 1.5 years. Second set is going on 3 years so are likely getting close to end of life. AmeriGlide has the battery package available still at the same old price! Good service, helpful and knowledgable staff.

I purchased a handicap lift in 2015 I purchased a handicap lift in 2015, for a local restaurant. I have had nothing but issues, from the door frame being out of square to the lift tripping a 20 Amp circuit breaker in the power panel. This lift is outside and rusty in many areas. If a unit is to be located on the exterior of a building, it should be powder coated. This has been negative experience and I will never recommend any of your products. One star is still too much for this company.
