Time for new batteries for our stair lift Just ordering new batteries for our stair lift, as we are approaching expected lifetime of the battery pair. First set lasted 2.5 years, even though manual suggests replacing every 1.5 years. Second set is going on 3 years so are likely getting close to end of life. AmeriGlide has the battery package available still at the same old price! Good service, helpful and knowledgable staff.

FAST SERVICE Ordered on a Friday and was using the lift on Saturday one week later. Could not believe the quickness of service I received. Was kept updated on the process of shipping and installation. One great experience and love the lift!!!👍

Rave 2 quit working at 16 months of… Rave 2 quit working at 16 months of use. Trying to get new parts has been an issue. I've been getting the run around with Ameriglide and Harmar. Ameriglide says call Harmar, Harmar says call Ameriglide. At this point our chairlift is not working at all and is greatly need by my stroke survivor husband. I can't imagine what poor seniors that don't have access to the web and email have to go thru. At this point I wish I had never chosen Ameriglide.
