Cargo/Chair lift I purchased a cargo lift convertible to a chair lift and Abbie Basham helped me place the order and was super helpful in following up with the delivery process. Rave II KNT Stair Lifts I contacted Mr. Roger Adams Sales Department who was very courteous, helpful and made a clean reasonable offer for the two stair lifts I needed. I accepted the offer and the shipment was made/received and lifts installed all in good time. The Lifts are being used for the last 10 days and am pleased with this purchase.

I was lied to by John the Amazon seller… I was lied to by John the Amazon seller in regards to delivery date. Amazon told me delivery was 3/7. Not!!! Contacted John and was told he would overnight the item to receive it 3/8. Another lie. Very disreputable company. Preying on the disabled and elderly.
