GBRave II KNT Stair Lifts I contacted Mr. Roger Adams Sales Department who was very courteous, helpful and made a clean reasonable offer for the two stair lifts I needed. I accepted the offer and the shipment was made/received and lifts installed all in good time. The Lifts are being used for the last 10 days and am pleased with this purchase.

GBThe Ameriglide Co The Ameriglide Co. was fine. I received my equipment in two weeks. It will be three weeks since I received the equipment until it is supposedly going to be installed. The installer called the day before I received the equipment. He told me that if I called by the next day, he could install that week. He never answered his phone (5 calls).There was no response from Delstal, who are the installers.

GBThis is the absolute WORST mobility… This is the absolute WORST mobility company to deal with. We purchased a platform lift in August, 2023. It took four months to come and it didn't work when completed. I've been trying to order the parts to get it fixed but their customer services (haha) dept. wont ship the parts because they now say its not under warranty anymore. This is a horrible company with no customer service. I would never suggest someone ever deal with them.

GBFrom start to finish: Great service. The motherboard in our stairlift needed replacing under warranty. Ray, Lisa & Staci we're super responsive, knowing of our mobility issues. The next working day, Ray came over ASAP & fixed it promptly. For us, this stairlift paid for itself just days after installation. They have a range of models to offer for every budget. They care, and believe in what they do as truly beneficial.

GBPoor product with no Customer service I have had your outdoor chair lift for 3 years end it has been repaired at least four times. The remote controls have never worked. Your wireless handheld units are cheap pieces of crap. I have replaced the batteries numerous times and they might work for one trip. That's it. When I called your main office, they were absolutely no help since my dealer disappeared. I fortunately found an independent. Repairman who is keeping it working.
