Eric listened and based on the symptoms I described; he offered proper guidance. Based on his guidance I was able to address the issue by realigning the sensor switches to the sensor plates for the second level of a three-level unit. This makes me a happy customer.

Rave 2 quit working at 16 months of… Rave 2 quit working at 16 months of use. Trying to get new parts has been an issue. I've been getting the run around with Ameriglide and Harmar. Ameriglide says call Harmar, Harmar says call Ameriglide. At this point our chairlift is not working at all and is greatly need by my stroke survivor husband. I can't imagine what poor seniors that don't have access to the web and email have to go thru. At this point I wish I had never chosen Ameriglide.

After you make a purchase they will not… After you make a purchase they will not respond to you again. We purchased our stair lift on July 20,2023 we bought the Rave II. It was finally installed August 18,2023. The installation was a true joke, the bolts that was to hold it were 1/2 way out. It broke Jan. 29,2024 while my disabled husband was on it. Fortunately I was close enough to catch him to avoid a major injury. I paid an installer to remove it and install it properly on Jan. 30, 2024. The installer that I hired was appalled that it was installed so poorly.
