I purchased a handicap lift in 2015 I purchased a handicap lift in 2015, for a local restaurant. I have had nothing but issues, from the door frame being out of square to the lift tripping a 20 Amp circuit breaker in the power panel. This lift is outside and rusty in many areas. If a unit is to be located on the exterior of a building, it should be powder coated. This has been negative experience and I will never recommend any of your products. One star is still too much for this company.

FAST SERVICE Ordered on a Friday and was using the lift on Saturday one week later. Could not believe the quickness of service I received. Was kept updated on the process of shipping and installation. One great experience and love the lift!!!👍

This is the absolute WORST mobility… This is the absolute WORST mobility company to deal with. We purchased a platform lift in August, 2023. It took four months to come and it didn't work when completed. I've been trying to order the parts to get it fixed but their customer services (haha) dept. wont ship the parts because they now say its not under warranty anymore. This is a horrible company with no customer service. I would never suggest someone ever deal with them.
