GBIncorrect shipping policy and long waits for service I ordered a pair of sandals with expedited shipping, and 3 days later, checked the order and it hadn't shipped. I tried online chat and it was not working. So after a 30 minute hold on the phone, i spoke to a customer service rep who told me that the shoes are not going to be shipped expedited because of some issue with the warehouse or location. Why I had to call to find this out is unacceptable service for the year 2024, for shoes that cost $150+. I cancelled the order altogether since the shoes wont arrive in time for my trip, and I will have to seek out a different brand. The rep I spoke to was nice, but the organization itself needs a lot of work.

GBThey sell low quality trash that they… They sell low quality trash that they won't stand behind and conveniently entirely rip apart after their "warranty". Avoid like the plague

GBAvoid this company Avoid doing business with this company. Although they advertise free returns for 45 days, since my $165 shoes were discounted by $10 ( to $155) they were classified as “last chance Final sale” and ineligible for a refund when they did not fit. Although I read the return policy, I was unaware that a paltry $10 discount negated any hope of a return. I think this is a very shady way of doing business.

GBToo hard of a footbed, uncomfortable & unyielding on cement floors The shoes feel and look of good quality materials. I found the break-in period did nothing to help with my plantar fasciitis. It was since day one I found the footbed hard and unyielding. I work on cement floors all day and could never get past a 1/2 shift before needing to swap out and wear a different pair of shoes. I ordered prior to changing my position from office to sales floor so by the time I got through the break in period it was past 45 days and KURU wouldn't refund even though the shoes are nearly new. This is the 2nd time I gave Kuru a try and will not bother with this brand again.
