USContacted customer service requesting a… Contacted customer service requesting a RA authorization return which I received sent back brace unopened box, unopened bag with knee brace, tracking number, shows that they received the brace and contacted them several times by phone and emails but no reply we just want refund as originally requested and offered. Be aware Orthamon doesn't honor their return policy - use Amazon instead.

USStay away Stay away! Zero customer service. They are Chinese company pretending to do business in the USA. They have not gotten me my knee brace - I am 10 days from my delivery date and 4 days away from the medical procedure I needed this brace for. Tracking # doesn't even show up in USPS - They are scam.

USProduct bad, customer service awful I purchased a knee brace that bent after a few days of use. I sent a picture of the damaged brace. They replied that I have 2 options. But ever since then I have sent 9 emails and have called them daily for a month, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day and it just keeps ringing. I asked for a return authorization but nothing. I requested a refund but nothing. Horrible horrible experience.

USThis is a great brace for the money This is a great brace for the money. Fits very good and the support is great. You can select your range of motion, from no movement to full movement. I highly recommend this.
