Scam company Scam company not located in Cali but china, dont order from them, its all junk!

Product bad, customer service awful I purchased a knee brace that bent after a few days of use. I sent a picture of the damaged brace. They replied that I have 2 options. But ever since then I have sent 9 emails and have called them daily for a month, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day and it just keeps ringing. I asked for a return authorization but nothing. I requested a refund but nothing. Horrible horrible experience.

Good experience The ordering process was uncomplicated, the service/delivery were very timely, and the product looks very sturdy and easy to apply. I have not used it for a significant amount of time as of yet, but I am sure that if I have an issue, I would get timely assistance and service.

I bought this for my daugher who had… I bought this for my daugher who had MCL,PCL,ACL repairs earlier this year. Back doing light rugby training and the knee support is helping to give her more stability. She says it is very comfortable. And arrived nice and quick!

Contacted customer service requesting a… Contacted customer service requesting a RA authorization return which I received sent back brace unopened box, unopened bag with knee brace, tracking number, shows that they received the brace and contacted them several times by phone and emails but no reply we just want refund as originally requested and offered. Be aware Orthamon doesn't honor their return policy - use Amazon instead.
