Also factoring that I needed more information about the hinge adjustment to get the effectiveness increased. Found much needed unloader knee brace information thru articles on PubMedCentral. Price, comfort and quality of the brace are quite good.

Contacted customer service requesting a… Contacted customer service requesting a RA authorization return which I received sent back brace unopened box, unopened bag with knee brace, tracking number, shows that they received the brace and contacted them several times by phone and emails but no reply we just want refund as originally requested and offered. Be aware Orthamon doesn't honor their return policy - use Amazon instead.

Stay away Stay away! Zero customer service. They are Chinese company pretending to do business in the USA. They have not gotten me my knee brace - I am 10 days from my delivery date and 4 days away from the medical procedure I needed this brace for. Tracking # doesn't even show up in USPS - They are scam.
