GBProduct bad, customer service awful I purchased a knee brace that bent after a few days of use. I sent a picture of the damaged brace. They replied that I have 2 options. But ever since then I have sent 9 emails and have called them daily for a month, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day and it just keeps ringing. I asked for a return authorization but nothing. I requested a refund but nothing. Horrible horrible experience.

GBThe product is plastic and appears like… The product is plastic and appears like it would not last. I returned it for a refund. Ten days after they acknowledged the return and no refund and no customer service response. I would not recommend this company.

GBStay away Stay away! Zero customer service. They are Chinese company pretending to do business in the USA. They have not gotten me my knee brace - I am 10 days from my delivery date and 4 days away from the medical procedure I needed this brace for. Tracking # doesn't even show up in USPS - They are scam.

AUScam. Do not buy the knee brace. Bad product. Scam. Ordered a knee brace $199 It was the worst, cheapest way too small junk I've seen. Sent it back the next day as per their 60 day return 'guarantee' I took photos of me sending it at the post office and tracking ID. They said after 3 months they never received it from the post. Scam! They probably sold the same one to someone else.
