GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I have worn these shoes for years and have been very happy with them, but this time, I ordered a pair on May 18 and have yet to receive them. No response to repeated emails. Finally got a customer service rep who said they would look into it and get back to me. Yeah, right! That was over a week ago and at this point, all I get is leave a message and we'll get back to you. I've filed a dispute with Paypal over merchandise not received. Good product. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never again.

GBordered 2 pairs of sneakers on july 26 ordered 2 pairs of sneakers on july 26, 2022. The order status changed to “shipped“ on aug 4, 2022. Still have not received. Called, left message, no response. E-mailed, no response. Here’s the kicker, theres no way to track the shipment. Hmmm. Never have i not been able to track a shipment. This company seems shady and im pretty sure ive been scammed. Will be reporting them and i guess i will try to dispute this with my credit card. So disappointed. Not a great time for us to be losing money and we still need sneakers. Thanks alot Apex.

GBThe only hiking shoe I've been able to… The only hiking shoe I've been able to find that fits. I need a really wide shoe and Apex makes them. I ordered the wrong size the first time and they accept free returns (they pay for the shipping). I ordered a 1/2 size larger and love them. Search for coupon codes online first - I saved 15%. They also have free shipping.

GBI ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the apex… I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on the apex website since they offered a coupon. Charged my card, but after 2 weeks no shoes. Tried calling customer service, no answer. Called a different number from the bank charge and they say the companies are separate, not able to help. Write to them on message board, let them know I'm getting in touch with bank, shoes are shipped out, but they block me from message board. The shoes arrived but aren't good. $70 to send back.

GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service, had shoes less than a year, bottom of the sole broke loose and causes tripping, tried by email and telephone several times to get assistance with this and after 3-4 exchanges I became persona non grata, I bought shoe glue and glued it myself
