GBEasy to use but not that helpful... The nutritionist was very nice and responsive, but didn't provide a lot of new information. She answered specific questions and did follow up with a few recipes for my toddler. It was very easy to schedule and use the technology.

GBA personalized nutritionist for your kid Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me an opportunity to try a nutritional coach from the Tot Squad for my almost 1 year old. Even as a second time mom my two boys are so different especially in how they eat. We were worried about food allergies and since I was unable to make my own baby food from scratch like I did for the first one; it was important to me that I make sure he gets exactly what he needs to grow healthy and with a strong immune system due to the pandemic. Scheduling a coach was easy enough although they did not have too many options. Once scheduled I received a few emails that were a bit confusing but nonetheless the virtual appointment was not difficult to access. My coach was very interested in hearing what my concerns and or focus for the appointment and I explained my reasons for using their services. The session is only 20 minutes long so it was very short and abbreviated given the amount of time you get within your appointment. She assured me that she would email me with all that was discussed and she did later that afternoon. I had a 9:20am time slot and she emailed me at about 1:15pm. She included links and pdf images to help support her recommendations. She was thorough in her email with details and even correcting some her over the phone advise. This bothered me because we specifically spoke about cows milk and she never mentioned that we should not start til after 1 years old. Only in her email did she stress the importance of waiting before introducing this to him and that was concerning considering how long after we received the email. Overall a great experience but not sure I would use again in the future. I would recommend to family with a child having feeding issues.

GBHelpful, but overpriced I have two very picky eaters at home, one aged 4 and the other aged 20 months. My toddler has recently started being pickier than usual so I decided to give tot squad a try. My nutritionist was very helpful, knowledgeable and her cheery demeanor helped bring my spirits up. She helped me believe that my boys would soon be eating better with time. Krystyn emailed me right after our consultation with some valuable information that we had spoken about and some additional links that I could find useful. I have not seen a difference in my kids’ eating habits yet, but I am hoping that will change soon. My least favorite part was how short the consultation was. If a parent is paying $50 a pop, I expect something a bit longer than 20 minutes. I do not think I would use this service again because of the briefness of the service and because most of these tips could be discussed with your child’s pediatrician if you are very worried or found online on sites like Pinterest.

GBGreat service, just not for me Tot squad is a modern and up to date way for all nursing mom's to get advice, help and support especially during tough times such as these. It was super easy to schedule online a time and date to make an appointment to meet over zoom. My coach was good but honestly I can't say she helped me in particular much. During video call, she told me because she's not seeing me in person, there is not much she can help with. Being a 3rd time nursing mama, I think I honestly helped myself more than the appointment helped me. I kind of wish I learned something new or helpful tips to fixing my nursing issue. At the end, she kindly offered to send me links and information on breastfeeding that I already researched online myself from before. Therefore, this was my least favorite part about the video call. I can't say I learned much but maybe this was just my experience. I think if I was a first time mom and didn't have access to a lactation consultant this would be convenient and very beneficial. The other thing for me personally is that I do not feel comfortable nursing my son over the internet on a video chat with a stranger. Moving forward, I doubt I would use this service but I would still recommend it to my girlfriend who may need help or advice from an experienced lactation consultant and who is comfortable on the internet.

GBNot Worth It I want to be clear that the person I met with was knowledgable and friendly and did her best to be helpful. I think the service delivery model needs tweaking. For me, RD services are covered by insurance so to go $50 out of pocket there needs to be something exceptional. Since there is not a robust intake procedure it felt very surface level and introductory. For "standard" RD visit or feeding therapy you would fill out several pages of paperwork and meet for 30+ minutes. She did have some helpful suggestions and was able to speak to every issue that I brought up. She also promised to email me additional resources but I have not received these.
