Missing shipment replaced!! I ordered some personalized ornaments back in early October. My credit card was charged 10/16/2023 and the shipment was sent. It somehow was lost, showing it arrived in the USA with duties unpaid. I worked with two reps (Mollie and Lucie) to get a new order reprinted. I am pleased to say that all 4 arrived today and they are beautiful!! Thank you Pawsionate!!!

Best Experience I enjoyed the easy ordering process. This was a late gift order for Christmas. It was delivered as promised. My husband loved the gift and having “our babies” picture on the mug was very special. I was surprised by the quality and clarity of the picture and cute caption. I highly recommend ordering something special.

Heat Sensitive Mug and T Shirt = Great!! Got the heat sensitive mug and also a t-shirt for my wife. Both look great! And both arrived soon after ordering, even with customization including not just our dog’s name but also his picture. And the pic is perfect!
