Missing shipment replaced!! I ordered some personalized ornaments back in early October. My credit card was charged 10/16/2023 and the shipment was sent. It somehow was lost, showing it arrived in the USA with duties unpaid. I worked with two reps (Mollie and Lucie) to get a new order reprinted. I am pleased to say that all 4 arrived today and they are beautiful!! Thank you Pawsionate!!!

I ordered a customize coffee mug - I LOVE IT !! I ordered a customized coffee mug for my daughter. We had just adopted 2 dogs . The mug shows my daughter sitting looking out at a beautiful landscape , with one of our new pups sitting on either side of her . The mug is adorable, and great quality! Definitely recommend !!!!

Never was told item coming from China… Never was told item coming from China and would take over a month to arrive. Never got US tracking until I complained a lot and YUNEXPRESS tracking was terribly updated. Please think twice before ordering
