Best Experience I enjoyed the easy ordering process. This was a late gift order for Christmas. It was delivered as promised. My husband loved the gift and having “our babies” picture on the mug was very special. I was surprised by the quality and clarity of the picture and cute caption. Missing shipment replaced!! I ordered some personalized ornaments back in early October. My credit card was charged 10/16/2023 and the shipment was sent. It somehow was lost, showing it arrived in the USA with duties unpaid. I worked with two reps (Mollie and Lucie) to get a new order reprinted. I am pleased to say that all 4 arrived today and they are beautiful!! Thank you Pawsionate!!!
