GBWrong order, ruined Christmas I ordered 2 mugs on December 2nd. They arrived December 12, on December 13 I contacted customer support as both mugs were completely wrong. They let me know they were sorry and would send replacement via 2 day shipping to arrive before Christmas. They did not arrive before Christmas and when I asked for a return, I was told they already worked with me upgrading to 2 day shipping and that returns were not able to happen. Over $60 for two mugs that are less than decent quality and late for Christmas.

GBBest Experience I enjoyed the easy ordering process. This was a late gift order for Christmas. It was delivered as promised. My husband loved the gift and having “our babies” picture on the mug was very special. I was surprised by the quality and clarity of the picture and cute caption. I highly recommend ordering something special.

Right after ordering the items I received updates almost daily on the logistics of my purchase. Th day it left the manufacturers warehouse, the day it got to port, the overseas travel etc ,..right to my home. The product arrived all intact and I couldn't be happier.
