I ordered a customize coffee mug - I LOVE IT !! I ordered a customized coffee mug for my daughter. We had just adopted 2 dogs . The mug shows my daughter sitting looking out at a beautiful landscape , with one of our new pups sitting on either side of her . The mug is adorable, and great quality! Definitely recommend !!!!

I bought a t-shirt for a friend I bought a t-shirt for a friend. It was personalized perfectly, good material and quality made. They kept me informed as to when I could expect it. It arrived on time. I would order from them again.

Wrong order, ruined Christmas I ordered 2 mugs on December 2nd. They arrived December 12, on December 13 I contacted customer support as both mugs were completely wrong. They let me know they were sorry and would send replacement via 2 day shipping to arrive before Christmas. They did not arrive before Christmas and when I asked for a return, I was told they already worked with me upgrading to 2 day shipping and that returns were not able to happen. Over $60 for two mugs that are less than decent quality and late for Christmas.

Pretty good, but . . . First, the mug's theme epitomized my wife's relationship with her cat, especially at no-dark-hundred. The cup is exactly as ordered and the service great. The only nit I might have is that the express delivery price appears to include a sizeable profit margin, and then being asked for more money to guarantee safe delivery almost caused me to hit the delete button. However, as I said, the cup arrived and I'll learn how it was received on Valentine's Day
