Corrected review!! After giving a lower rating on the product I received, I was immediately contacted by Pawsionate about how they could make it right…which they have done. So yes…I would recommend Pawsionate for your personalized products. They were amazing!!

Pretty good, but . . . First, the mug's theme epitomized my wife's relationship with her cat, especially at no-dark-hundred. The cup is exactly as ordered and the service great. The only nit I might have is that the express delivery price appears to include a sizeable profit margin, and then being asked for more money to guarantee safe delivery almost caused me to hit the delete button. However, as I said, the cup arrived and I'll learn how it was received on Valentine's Day
