Great program Great concept, great setup. The mentors have a lot of miscommunication going on. I spent an unnecessary couple hundred dollars cancelling childcare and hotels because they scheduled me for the wrong labs and clinicals twice. I almost spent another unnecessary hundred dollars because they wanted me to get a third tb test. Lots of typos in the theory portion.

When I first started with Nextstep I… When I first started with Nextstep I was amazed on how much easier it was for me to be able to do the classes on my phone and still work. It's really a program for some one to be able to do on down time at home or on lunch breaks. My mentor ariyana was great she always answered my questions when needed. The instructors we had for labs were great to. I would highly suggest this program to anyone wanting to work in a job

The structure of the program is set… The structure of the program is set very well. Online learning, pre- clinicals and clinicals and pre-skill labs. I passed my written and skills my first time and feel a high percentage of the students did as well. The job coordinator worked hard to find me a job that fit my needs. Also all the staff are nice 🙂

I am impressed so I will express my… I am impressed so I will express my profound gratitude to the Nextstep family for affording me the opportunity to advance my new career in climbing the first step on the professional ladder to become a CNA . This program is very interesting and needs to reach out to other parts of Washington state like Spokane This program encourages me to get a full nursing degree which am very optimistic to achieve by the grace of God. I also hope and believe that in a not too distance future you’re going to establish LPN program

Awesome It was great. It was an amazing experience working with these residents. Also, how the NextStep mentors were super helpful and understanding with everything trying to help us out with achieving this career. Overall I love how supportive everyone was with us.
