Class, instructors and footage Class and instructors did great, footage evaluation was kinda sporadic and inconsistent on grading. Would like to see if a standard was set for the footage before hand and not flip flopping with what was allowed and what’s not allowed.

The structure of the program is set… The structure of the program is set very well. Online learning, pre- clinicals and clinicals and pre-skill labs. I passed my written and skills my first time and feel a high percentage of the students did as well. The job coordinator worked hard to find me a job that fit my needs. Also all the staff are nice 🙂

I will recommend NextStep I will recommend NextStep, because I had a great experience during my training until I got my Sertificate. The instructors and mentors are very nice 👌. But for job placement not good experience, I never had the shift that I applied for, and I had to look out by myself.

Loved it Getting graded on the submission videos in a more timely manner would help . Also in the app the practice lab symbols could be right before final exam. A few of us were mislead thinking we hold off on those skills until practice lab starts. But other then that the instructors are awesome doing their best with this new way of learning. Vey helpful also.
