We use the nightime relaxation… We use the nightime relaxation supplement with our son who is 5 and it has made such a huge difference! We love Harkla! We’ve purchased 2 weighted blankets from Harkla (one for my daughter and one for myself), and they are such great quality products. The weight stays distributed evenly and the cover is so soft! We’ve also used their sleep and melatonin supplements with great success. The customer service is fantastic as well. Great company!
