Missing items and ripped swing 😔 I ordered the sensory swing for my autistic 3 year old son for Christmas, it came to Christmas Eve and I was getting everything out for the man I’d paid to fit it, and there was items missing, and the swing itself was ripped, no pod to go inside the swing! Just not even able to put up let alone use. This was the only Christmas present I got him as he doesn’t understand presents and money was really tight this year! Im so disappointed. And my son has to go without his Christmas present! Harkla have refunded and sent out a new swing, still massively disappointed he didn’t get it in time for Christmas but it has been eventually rectified.

We love Harkla! We’ve purchased 2 weighted blankets from Harkla (one for my daughter and one for myself), and they are such great quality products. The weight stays distributed evenly and the cover is so soft! We’ve also used their sleep and melatonin supplements with great success. The customer service is fantastic as well. Great company!

Nonna and Granddaughter very happy! I really love my weighted blanket for naps. Too much for night though. It gets too warm after a couple of hours. I think they have changed their filling now and I don't know that I would like the glass beads as much. However, we just gave our 7 year old granddaughter one and she says she loves it. She has dyslexia and is extremely overactive and has trouble settling into rest and sleep. It seems to be helping along with the gummies for helping her relax and fall asleep.

The Customer services service is…Amazing! The Customer services service is awesome and fast. I had a slight problem with an order and it got sorted out within a minute of talking to them! I got 4 of the weighted blankets and they have been awesome! They have helped me and my kids sleep more restfully.
