GBWe go through tough stixx chew tubes… We go through tough stixx chew tubes like candy. My last order was never delivered. I emailed customer service, got an immediate response and another order was sent out, arriving promptly. She didn't make it difficult or stressful. That's my kind of customer service!

GBMissing items and ripped swing 😔 I ordered the sensory swing for my autistic 3 year old son for Christmas, it came to Christmas Eve and I was getting everything out for the man I’d paid to fit it, and there was items missing, and the swing itself was ripped, no pod to go inside the swing! Just not even able to put up let alone use. This was the only Christmas present I got him as he doesn’t understand presents and money was really tight this year! Im so disappointed. And my son has to go without his Christmas present! Harkla have refunded and sent out a new swing, still massively disappointed he didn’t get it in time for Christmas but it has been eventually rectified.
