Heavenly Harkla I purchased the swing, but was unable to install it properly because we live in an apt, but my son loved it!! Had no issues returning the product. Customer service is very professional and fast. Harkla also sends fabulous emails with valuable information

Missing items and ripped swing 😔 I ordered the sensory swing for my autistic 3 year old son for Christmas, it came to Christmas Eve and I was getting everything out for the man I’d paid to fit it, and there was items missing, and the swing itself was ripped, no pod to go inside the swing! Just not even able to put up let alone use. This was the only Christmas present I got him as he doesn’t understand presents and money was really tight this year! Im so disappointed. And my son has to go without his Christmas present! Harkla have refunded and sent out a new swing, still massively disappointed he didn’t get it in time for Christmas but it has been eventually rectified.
