GBThis company uses their strong sales… This company uses their strong sales approach to take advantage of elderly people over the phone. This company took my mother for $1000 for a service that she did not need and did not get. When I called to intervene, there was a sales rep by the name of Mike who was very very rude and defensive. This company does not want to return my mom’s deposit that they coerced her into giving .Please be aware they are scammers. Please, let’s all take a stand and protect our elderly loved one from this company.

Please advise of date.06082023 4 days later - Safe Step has responded quickly and graciously to my concerns. The tub was, in fact, not actually cracked. Rather, a gap had developed between the tub and a front panel. A re-application of silicone has resolved the situation. Thanks to all who worked to make that happen!

GBGreat company and people working there Yesterday I had a repair tech arrive and repair my tub. 2 hours later and 4 repairs adjusted door handle, tightened valve replaced shower handle and hose, and motor was making noise. After 20 years of owning this fabulous tub most of this repair was age related and fully covered by lifetime warranty. The price of the service call was very fair and covers labor. I’ve had excellent service from customer service (was called back on Monday and had repair here on tues) and from this service tech (Daniel T. And also another in the past).
